نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها علي أداءالمنشأة (بالتطبيق علي القطاع المصرفي السوداني )

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث موضوع نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها علي اداء المنشأة بالتطبيق على قطاع المصرفي السوداني وهدف البحث لتوضيح مشكلة نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ودوره في اداء المنشأة فى القطاع المصرفي في السودان وتحليلها والتوصية بمعالجتها. تمثلت مشكلة البحث أن هنالك بعض المشاكل التى تتعلق بنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات فى القطاع المصرفي تؤثر سلباًعلى أداء المنشأة فى القطاع المصرفي وعليه تمت صياغة المشكلة من خلال التساؤلات الآتية وتتمثل السؤال الرئيسي في الآتي: هل يستخدم القطاع المصرفي فى السودان نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟ وتتمثل الاسئلة الفرعية في الآتي: هل هنالك اهتمام من قبل الإدارة العليا بالقطاع المصرفي بنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات؟ هل هنالك المام من العاملين بتشغيل نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالقطاع المصرفي فى السودان؟ هل هنالك المام من العملاء بتشغيل نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالقطاع المصرفي فى السودان؟ هل هنالك مواكبة لنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات للتطورات الحديثة بالقطاع المصرفي فى السودان. وبناءاً على أسئلة المشكلة تم وضع الفرضيات الآتية وتتمثل الفرضية الرئيسية في الآتي: هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء مؤسسات القطاع المصرفي في السودان ،أما الفرضيات الفرعية فتتمثل في : هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين اهتمام الادارة العليا وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وكفاءة الأداء في المؤسسات بالقطاع المصرفي في السودان،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المام العاملين بتشغيل نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء المؤسسات في القطاع المصرفي في السودان،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المام العملاء بتشغيل نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء المؤسسات في القطاع المصرفي في السودان،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مواكبة نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأداء المؤسسات في القطاع المصرفي في السودان. تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت استبانه في جمع البيانات حثي تم أخذ عينة عشوائية من الموظفين البنوك موضوع الدراسة بلغت(93موظف) ووزعت الاستبانه بجميع (الرئاسة) النبوك ،تم تحليل البيانات واثبتت صحة جميع الفرضيات المذكورة وبالتالي تم قبولها. تمثلت أهم النتائج في اهتمام المصارف بنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات مما ادي الى رفع كفاءة الاداء بالمصارف، دعم الإدارة العليا لنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ساعد علي تطوير نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمصارف ،الاهتمام بتدريب العاملين على نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ساعد على رفع كفاءة إداء العاملين بالمصارف، الاهتمام بتزويد العملاء بمعلومات عن نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ساعد على رفع كفاءة الاداء المصارف ،الاهتمام بمواكبة التطورات لنظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ساعد على تحسين الاداء بالمصارف . تمثلت أهم التوصيات في الاهتمام بدراسة العملاء للتعرف على المشاكل التى تواجه استخدام نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات ،الاهتمام بتدريب العاملين بالخارج لرفع إدائهم ،الاهتمام بتوفر الاجهزة الحديثة لأمن وسلامة المعلومات ونظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمصارف.

Abstract This research is about the role of information technology systems in performance of the enterprise .the research has been applied on the Sudanese banks sector the research problem in that there is are some problems which are related to these system have negative effect in the banks sector in the Sudan. The research questionnaire as follow:- Is the bank sector in the Sudan suing information technology systems. is the top management in the bank sector give giving importance to the system of information technology. Are do the employee is the bank sector in the Sudan have the knowledge of using the using the system of information technology. Are do the customers have the knowledge of using the system of information teaching in the bank section the Sudan? Are the system of information teaching technology up to data with the modern development in the bank sector in the Sudan. The research hypotheses are: there is statistical relationship between the following: The use of information technology system and the performance of the bank sector in the Sudan care taken by the top management with the information technology and the affiance of performance in the bank sector in the Sudan . In the field Sudan – the Row now of the agent in the field of information technology system and the performance of the bank sector in the Sudan . The descriptive approach has been used in this research – the questionnaire have been collected the random sample of the study includes (93) employees of the heads of department of the bank sector in Khartoum the main results of the research information technology system increase the affiance of performance in the bank .the care taking of the top management with the information technology system help in the development of the information teaching system in the training of the employs in the field information technology system should lead to the increase of the affiance of their performance .the study to inform the agents with the information technology system helps to increase of the affiance of the banks .the top management when with taking care in the field of information technology system help in development of the bank's performance. The main recommendations of the research are to banks have to make studies about the agent and the problems which would meet when they use the information technology system – the bank have also taken care of the importance of training outside the Sudan – they also take care providing modern equipment for the safety of the information technology system .
