الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالرضا المهني لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم

Abstract

المُسْتخلص هدف البحث للتعرف على الذكاء العاطفي والرضا المهني لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم ، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم اختبار عـينة البحـث من الأخصائيين النفسيين ، وبلغ حجم العينة ( 50) أخصائي واخصائية ، تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة القصدية ، طبقت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء العاطفي وأعداد سالم علي سالم (2016) ومقياس الرضا المهني وأعداد ويلز ويورتر (1967) بعد التاكد من الخصائص السيكومترية ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية واهمها اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة وإختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الفاكرونباخ بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية فى العلوم الاجتماعية ((SPSS توصل إلى النتائج: السمة العامة للذكاء العاطفي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم تتسم بالإرتفاع. السمة العامة للرضا المهني لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم تتسم بالإيجابية. توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية بين الذكاء العاطفي والرضا المهني لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم. توجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين الذكاء العاطفي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم تعزي لمتغير العمر لصالح 30 سنة. لا توجد فروق داله إحصائياً بين الذكاء العاطفي لدى الأخصائيين النفسيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمحلية الخرطوم تعزي لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. توصيات اجرائية اهمها يجب على العاملين في مجالات الإرشاد النفسي والصحة النفسية الاستفادة من الدراسات التي اجريت المشكلات والأمراض النفسية وكيفية الوقاية منها وعلاجها. .

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the emotional intelligence and professional satisfaction of psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality, and to achieve this the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach. The researcher measured emotional intelligence and Salem Ali Salem numbers (2016) and occupational satisfaction scale and Wells and Yurter numbers (1967) after confirming the psychometric properties and for analyzing the data, statistical methods were used, the most important of which are t-test for one sample and t-test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient and Facronbach coefficient by The Statistical Package in Social Sciences (SPSS) program reached the results: The general characteristic of emotional intelligence among psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality is high. The general characteristic of professional satisfaction among psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality is positive. There is a correlation between emotional intelligence and satisfaction There are statistically significant differences among psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality The relationship between emotional intelligence among psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality is attributed to the age variable in favor of 30 years. There are no statistically significant differences between emotional intelligence among psychologists in special education centers in Khartoum locality due to the educational level variable. In conclusion, the researcher made procedural recommendations, the most important of which is that workers in the fields of psychological counseling and mental health should benefit from the studies that have been conducted on problems and mental illnesses and how to prevent them. and treatment.
