نظم دعم قرارات ذكاء الأعمال ومساندتها في حوكمة الادارة الرشيدة "بالتطبيق على المنظومة المالية لجامعة النيلين"

Abstract

مع ظهور مفهوم نظم المعلومات في اربعينيات القرن الماضي والذي لعب دورًا هامًا في العلم الحديث، وشغل تفكير العلماء والمختصين بشكل عام وعلماء الإدارة بشكل خاص، فهو أداة مهمة وفعالة للغاية للتغلب على المشاكل التي تواجه سير العملية الإدارية، وبذلك اتسم العصر الحديث بأهمية المعلومات والحاجة الملحة للحصول عليها ومعالجتها، الأمر الذي ولد الحاجة إلى أنواع مختلفة من نظم المعلومات كنظم المعلومات الإدارية و نظم دعم القرار لتشهد نشأة مفاهيم ونظريات جديدة على نماذج المستخدم الفردي من نظم دعم القرار، وعلى نظم دعم القرار التنظيمية ونظم دعم القرار الجماعية وغيرها، وبحلول التسعينيات شهدت نظم المعلومات تطوراً ضخماً لتتضمن مفاهيم جديدة، كتخزين البيانات وتحليل البيانات بفضل مفهوم ذكاء الاعمال الذي يعد اداة فعالة تساعد المؤسسات في اتخاذ قرارتها الادارية بصورة فعالة. حيث قامت الدراسة علي استخدام مفهوم ذكاء الاعمال كأداة حديثة تساعد المؤسسات في تسيير اعمالها وانشطتها بصورة حديثة لدعم القرارات الادارية داخل المنظومة المالية بجامعة النيلين محل الدراسة في الفترة من 2017م وحتى 2019م ، كما قامت الدراسة على استخدام منهجيات و طرق جمع المعلومات الخاصة بالانظمة المالية الصغيرة داخل الادارة المالية لبناء نظام معلومات متكامل للحسابات الختامية النهائية ، وايضاً استخدمت الدراسة احدث برمجيات ذكاء الاعمال متمثلة في برمجية Power BI لتحليل المعلومات المساعدة في عملية دعم واتخاذ القرار. توصلت الدراسة الى اهم النتائج المتمثلة في استخدام ذكاء الاعمال داخل المؤسسة يساعد في اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة و التخطيط لها بتقديم اهم المعلومات و برؤي مختلفة لتقيس مؤشرات ادائها بافضل الطرق و غيرها من النتائج الملموسة... ، كما اوصت الدراسة ايضاً بضرورة توطين مفهوم نظم دعم القرارات في المؤسسة عامة و مفهوم ذكاء الاعمال و ادواته بصورة خاصة لأنه يساعد في تقديم افضل الحلول و النتائج وغيرها من الميزات التي يقدمها اذا ما تم استخدامه. With the emergence of the concept of information systems in the middle of the last century, which played an important role in modern science, and occupied the thinking of scientists and specialists in general and management scientists in particular, it is an important and very effective tool to overcome the problems facing the procedures of the administrative process, and thus the modern era was characterized by the importance of information and the urgent need To obtain and process them, which generated the need for different types of information systems such as management information systems and decision support systems to observe the emergence of new concepts and theories on individual user models of decision support systems, and on organizational decision support systems and collective decision support systems And others, and by the nineties the information systems witnessed a huge development to include new concepts, such as storing data and analyzing data thanks to the concept of business intelligence, which is an effective tool that helps institutions in making their management decisions effectively. Where the study was based on the use of the concept of business intelligence as a modern tool that helps institutions in conducting their business and activities in a modern way to support administrative decisions within the financial system at the University of Niles as a case study in period from 2017 to 2019, the study also used the methodologies of gathering information from small financial systems inside Financial management to build an integrated information system for the final closing accounts, the study also used the latest business intelligence software represented in the Power BI software to analyze the information aiding in the decision support process. In addition to, the study concluded to the most important results of using business intelligence within the organization that helps in taking the right decisions and planning them by providing the best information and different visions to measure the indicators of its performance in the best way and other tangible results ... The study also recommends the necessity of localizing the concept of decision support systems In the organization in general and the concept of business intelligence and its tools in particular because it helps in providing the best solutions, results and other features that it provides when it is used.
