اثر الأمية على التنمية في السودان دراسة حالة قرية السروراب بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

ملخص الدراســــــة

أجريت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة اثر الأمية على التنمية في السودان باعتبارها من اكبر التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع السوداني وتعوق تقدمه حيث تناولت الدراسة الأمية في العالم ثم الأمية في الدول النامية ومشكلة الأمية في الوطن العربي ودواعي الاهتمام بها ، حيث تضمنت بعض النماذج في التجارب العالمية والعربية في محو الأمية وكذلك معرفة عوامل وأسباب انتشار الأمية ، بالإضافة إلى أثر الأمية على التنمية وتكامل جهودها . تناولت الدراسة التطور والتجربة في السودان فكانت البداية في أم جر بالنيل الأبيض ثم الجزيرة ثم تجربة أم كداده الرائدة شمال دار فور .

شملت الدراسة الخطط والجهود المبذولة في دور المنظمات والمشاركة الأهلية في استقطاب الدعم لتمويل برامج التنمية ودور الثقافة العمالية في تدريب الكوادر البشرية ودور الإعلام في برامج التعليم والتثقيف والإرشاد والتوعية .

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بمفهوم تعليم الكبار وبرامج الأمية ومدى إسهامها في تدريب القوى البشرية ومدى إسهام هذه القوى في تنمية أوطانها .

كانت فروض الدراسة هي أن تفشي الأمية يؤدي إلى إعاقة مشروعات التنمية ودور المشاركة في إنجاح التنمية والعلاقة الطردية بين انخفاض الدخل والأمية ودور الإعلام في إنجاح مشروعات محو الأمية وتعليم الكبار .

استعانت الدراسة في الأطر النظرية بالنظرية البنائية الوظيفية في أن كل جزء له وظيفة بنيوية ورغم اختلاف هذه الوظائف إلا أنها مترابطة ومتساندة متكاملة .

عُملت الدراسة للمزاوجة بين المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي .

توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها أن ، وأن هنالك علاقة طردية بين انخفاض الدخل وتفشى الأمية ، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها ضرورة توفير التمويل اللازم لعلاج مشكلة الأمية وتدريب الكوادر البشرية لتفعيل برامج التنمية وبرامج الإعلام الفعالة لإبراز أهمية برامج محو الأمية .

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of illiteracy on the development of the Sudan as it is considered as one of the biggest challenges facing the Sudanese community that hinder its progress. The study has dealt with the conception of illiteracy in the world , the developing countries and the Arab world and the causes of the attention, which included some of the models of the Arab and global experiences in the eradication of literacy , as well as knowledge of the factors and causes of the spread of literacy in addition to the impact of illiteracy on the development and its integration efforts. The study also has addressed the development and experience in the Sudan. The beginning was at Omjar at the White Nile area, then Aljazeera area and pioneer experience of Um Kadadah in North Darfur.

The Study also discussed the plans and efforts in the role of organizations and civil participation in attracting financing for development programs and the role of labour culture in the training of personnel, the role of media in education, cultural , guidance and enlightenment programs.

Study aimed at introducing the concept of adult education and literacy programs and the extent of its contribution in manpower training and the contribution of these forces in the development of their homelands.

The study assumptions are : the spread of illiteracy which lead to the hindrance of development projects , the role of participation in the success of development, the correlation between low income and literacy and the role of the media in the success of literacy obliteration and adult education projects .

The study had benefited in its theoretical frameworks from the Structural functional theory where every part has its own structural function and in spite of the differences of these functions, all of them are correlated, supportive and integrated.

The study used a combination of historical approach and descriptive analytical methodology.

Part of the results of the study includes: There was a connectivity relationship between low incomes and the spread of literacy. The study has made several recommendations, including the need to provide the necessary funding to address the problem of illiteracy and the training of cadres for the activation of development programs and functional media programs that highlight the importance of effective programs for obliteration of literacy
