يهدف هذا البحث للتعرف علي خدمات المخطوطات بشكل عام وذلك من خلال دراسة واقع المخطوطات بدار الوثائق القومية السودانيه، وتقييم خدمات المخطوطات بها والوقوف علي مدي توافقها مع المعياير المتبعه، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة عددً من مناهج البحث هي المنهج الوثائقي (التاريخي) والمنهج الوصفي بشقيه المسحي ودراسه الحالة. وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال الأطلاع علي المصادر والمراجع ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث والمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظه والإستبانة. اما عينه الدراسة فقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عمدية من العاملين في دار الوثائق القومية السودانية. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج منها :-

- توجد بدار الوثائق القومية السودانية خدمة بشقيها المباشره الذي تعني بالمستفيدين والغير مباشرة وتعني بالمخطوطات بوصفها أوعيه للمعلومات. - تتسم خدمات المخطوطات بشقيها بدار الوثائق القومية السودانية بالتقليدية اذا مازالت تعتمد علي الطرق والاساليب اليدوية. - توجد أدوات للضبط الببليوجرافي غير أنها تفتقر في بعض جوانبها الي المعايير المتفق عليها. - بذلت جهوداً مقدره في فهرسة مقتنايات دار الوثائق القومية السودانية من المخطوطات غير إنها ليست شامله وأنجز منها فهرس منتقي. - حرصت دار الوثائق القومية علي توفير وتاهيل العنصر البشري اللازم للتعامل مع المخطوطات بيد أن العدد المؤهل والمدرب لايتناسب وحجم العمل. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدد من التوصيات منها: - تكثيق جهود جمع الوثائق والمخطوطات وتطوير الوسائل المتبعة في حفظها وإتاحتها. - توفير الدعم المالي اللازم لخدمات المخطوطات بالدار. - تنظيم دورات تدربية للعاملين بالدار في مجال خدمات المخطوطات. - انشاء قواعد بيانات للمخطوطات العربيه المودعة بدار الوثائق تمهيدا للاشتراك في قاعدة المخطوطات العربية الموحدة التابعة لمعهد المخطوطات العربيه بجامعة الدول العربية

Abstract

This research aims to identify the manuscripts services in general, and state of manuscripts in the Sudanese National Records Office. It, also, aims to evaluate manuscripts services provided to users in National Records Office, and to what extend these services match the international services standards. To achieve the goals of this study, a number of research methods were used, namely the historical and descriptive and analytical methods, as well as the documentary method and case study. Data were collected through references, related sources, interviews, personal observation and questionnaire. A random sample was selected from the staff of the National Records Office. The study concludes with a number of results: the most important results are:

- Services are provided for both users and manuscripts directly and indirectly respectively. - A manual system is used to provide manuscripts services. - The findings aids and bibliographic control used in the National Records Office is not matching the international criteria and standards. - Great efforts have been made to make a comprehensive catalogue for all the National Records Office manuscripts, but it is not complete yet. - The number of the trained and qualified staff in the field of manuscripts is much less than the number required to manuscripts work. The study has come to a number of recommendations, the most important of them are: - Extensive efforts should be made to develop the collection and uisition storage and retrieval system for manuscripts. - Financial support is needed to develop the National Records Offices services in general and manuscripts services in particular. - Training courses should be provided for the staff working in manuscripts field. Manuscripts database should be established to improve manuscripts services and to subscribe in Arab countries manuscripts data bases.
