فاعلية برنامج علاجي سلوكي معرفي في تخفيف قلق الموت لمصابي الإيدز بمراكز ولاية شمال دارفور

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة مدى فاعلية برنامج علاجي سلوكي معرفي في تخفيف قلق الموت لدى مرضى الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور،إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي، تكونت عينة البحث من (20) مريض( 10ذكورو10إناث) من الجمعية السودانية بولاية شمال دارفور، تم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، تكون البرنامج من (12) جلسة بواقع جلستين في الإسبوع لمدة أربع أشهر، تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) بالمعالجات الإحصائية الآتية: إختبار "ت" لمجتمع واحد ، وإختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة الفروق بين العينتين واختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي (أنوفا) لمعرفة الفروق بين المجموعات، توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج الآتية : السمة العامة المميزة لقلق الموت لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور تتسم بالارتفاع، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق الموت ومتغير النوع لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور ، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز وقلق الموت، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق الموت ومتغير العمر لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور ، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى قلق الموت ومتغير المستوى التعليمي لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور ، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في قلق الموت ومدة الإصابة لدى المتعايشين مع مرض الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور. في نهاية البحث قامت الباحثة بوضع عدد من التوصيات أهمها:بالضرورة على المرشدين النفسيين تفعيل برامج الإرشاد النفسي لمرضى الإيدز ومساعدتهم في حل مشكلاتهم النفسية كالقلق والخوف والإكتئاب ، عمل سلسلة من الندوات للتعريف بمرض الإيدز وطرق الوقاية والعلاج منه وكيفية التعايش معه، كذلك إقترحت الباحثة إجراء دراسة حول المستوى الإقتصادي الإجتماعي وعلاقتة بالإكتئاب وقلق المستقبل لدى مرضى الإيدز بولاية شمال دارفور أو ولايات السودان الأخرى ، كما تم تثبيت المراجع التي إعتمدت عليها الباحثة في كتابة هذا البحث.

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral Therapy program in alleviating the Anxiety of Death among Patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. The researcher used the Experimental method. The research sample consists of (20) Patient (10) Males and (10) Females from the Sudanese Society in North Darfur State they were selected through purposive Sample. The data was collected through Cognitive Behavioral program, it consists of (12) session with two sessions per week for four Months. . The data manipulated by the Computer Applying The Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS) using the following Tests: (T) Test for one sample, (T) Test for two Independent Sample, and ANOVA Test. The most important results are as follows: The general Trait of Anxiety of Death among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State is high. There are no significant statistical differences in the Anxiety of Death and the variable of gender among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. There are Statistical Significant differences in before and after Test in the Anxiety of Death among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. There are no significant Statistical differences in the Anxiety of Death and the variable of Age among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. There are no significant Statistical differences in the Anxiety of Death and the level e of Education among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. There are no Significant Statistical differences the Anxiety of Death and the duration of disease among patients living with AIDS in North Darfur State. Finally, recommendations such as the effectiveness of counseling and guidance programs among patients living with AIDS to solve their psychological problems such as Anxiety, Fear and Depression, also series of seminars should be presented to define AIDS, the methods of prevention, treatment and Living with it The researcher Suggest to study the Socioeconomic Status for HIV/AIDS patients and its relationship with Future Anxiety and Depression in Darfur or other States in Sudan, also references were Cited at the end of the research.
