Abstract

المستخلص إن الإدارة الإلكترونية تعتبر منظومة الكترونية متكاملة تهدف الي تحويل العمل الإداري العادي من إدارة يدوية الي إدارة باستخدام الحاسب وذلك بالاعتماد علي نظم معلوماتية قوية تساعد في اتخاذ القرار الإداري بأسرع وقت وبأقل تكاليف ، الإدارة الالكترونية يمكن أن تشمل كلا من الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية لأي شركة والهدف من ذلك إدخال الشفافية الكاملة مما يؤدي الي تحسين الإدارة داخل الشركة . المشكلة الرئيسية بالنسبة لنظام الشؤون الإدارية بالشركة أن العمل فيه يتم عن طريق مسك الدفاتر يدويا وليس هناك نظام أو برنامج لدقه الأداء والهدف انشاء نظام محوسب للموارد البشرية لمعالجة المشاكل التي تعانيها الشركة سواء النظم اليدوية منها أو النظم الآلية غير الحديثة . ونعمل من خلال هذا البحث على إنشاء نظام إلكتروني قوي وآمن نستخدم فيه أحدث الأدوات البرمجية والتقنية وأقواها وهي برنامج ال .Visual Basic.net & Sql Server والمعروف بقدرته الفائقة على استيعاب كمية كبيرة من البيانات دون التأثير على أداءه من حيث الدقة والسرعة كما يتمتع بالسرية، الأمان والسرعة لاحتوائه على نظام إعطاء الصلاحيات والحقوق لمستخدميه ولسهولته في الاستخدام والفهم وسهولة برمجة تطبيقاته .
