أثر مشـكلات العمــــــل علــى كفـــاءة الأداء بالمنظمات الإنتاجية "دراسة تطبيقية على قطاع الطاقة الكهربائية شركة التوليد الحراري" في الفترة من 2017 – 2020م

Abstract

المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر مشكلات العمــل على كفـاءة الأداء بالمنظمات الإنتاجية دراسة تطبيقية على قطاع الطاقة الكهربائية شركة التوليد الحراري، وعليه تمت صياغة مشكلة الدراسة من خلال تاثير المشكلات الصناعية والمالية والبشرية والإدارية والبيئية على كفاءة الأداء بشركة التوليد الحراري، وتم صياغة المشكلة من خلال السؤال الرئيسي ما هو أثر مشكلات العمل على كفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء شركة التوليد الحراري، وتمثلت أهمية الدراسة في توفير مادة علمية عن أثر مشكلات العمل على كفاءة الأداء بالطاقة الكهربائية، ورفد المكتبة السودانية بأدبيات تخدم المجال والمستفيدين منه. إفترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مشكلات العمل وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الطاقة الكهربائية) وتفرع منها الفروض التالية. توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين المشكلات الصناعية وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين المشكلات المالية وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين المشكلات البشرية وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين المشكلات الإدارية وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين المشكلات البيئية وكفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. هدفت الدراسة الى الوصول الي حل لمشكلة توليد الطاقة الكهربائية، معرفة أسباب القصور في العمل وامكانية علاجها، والتعرف على أثر مشكلات العمل على كفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. تحليل أثر مشكلات العمل على كفاءة الأداء بقطاع الكهرباء. إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إختيار 100 شخص ليمثلوا عينة الدراسة عن طريقة العينة الميسرة، تم جمع البيانات عن طريق إستمارة الإستبيان، حيث تم تحليلها علي أساليب البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها، المشكلات البشرية تؤثر على كفاءة الأداء بالشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري، فكلما كانت هنالك مشكلات في الموارد البشرية بالشركة يؤثر ذلك على كفاءة الأداء، المشكلات البيئية كأحد أبعاد مشكلات العمل لها تأثير طردي قوي على رفع كفاءة الأداء، فكلما تمت ادارة المشكلات البيئية كلما أدى الى رفع كفاءة الأداء في الشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري، مشكلة الحصول على العملة الأجنبية تحد من تطور قطاع الكهرباء، كأحد المشكلات المالية التي تواجه قطاع الكهرباء (الشركة السودانية للتوليد الحراري). كما أوصت الدراسة على عدد من التوصيات أهمها، ابداء المزيد من الاهتمام بتطوير وتنمية مهارات وقدرات العاملين لديها، وأن توفر الشركة دورات تدريبية متخصصة في تدريب العاملين للتغلب على المشكلات البشرية التي تؤثر على كفاءة الأداء بالشركة موضوع الدراسة، اشراك العاملين في إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، حتى يشعرون باهميتهم لدى الشركة مما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء، بناء الثقة بين المستثمرين الأجانب لحثهم على الإستثمار في مجال الكهرباء.

Abstract: This study dealt with the impact of work problems on the efficiency of performance, an applied study on the electric power sector of the thermal generation company, and accordingly the problem of the study was formulated through the main question: What is the impact of work problems on the efficiency of performance in the electricity sector of the thermal generation company, and the importance of the study was to provide a scientific material on The impact of work problems on the efficiency of electrical energy performance, and the supply of the Sudanese library with literature that serves the field and its beneficiaries. The study assumed (there is a statistically significant relationship between work problems and performance efficiency in the electric power sector) and the following hypotheses were branched from it. There is a significant statistically significant relationship between industrial problems and performance efficiency in the electricity sector. There is a statistically significant relationship between financial problems and performance efficiency in the electricity sector. There is a significant relationship with statistical significance between human problems and performance efficiency in the electricity sector. There is a significant relationship with statistical significance between administrative problems and performance efficiency in the electricity sector. There is a significant relationship with statistical significance between environmental problems and performance efficiency in the electricity sector. The study aimed to reach a solution to the problem of electric power generation, to know the causes of deficiencies in work and the possibility of remedying them, and to identify the impact of work problems on the efficiency of performance in the electricity sector. Analyzing the impact of work problems on the efficiency of performance in the electricity sector, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where 100 people were selected to represent the study sample by the easy sampling method. The data were collected through a questionnaire form, where they were analyzed using the methods of the statistical program (SPSS). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are, human problems affect the performance efficiency of the Sudanese Thermal Generation Company. Environmental problems have been managed whenever it leads to raising the performance efficiency of the Sudanese Thermal Generation Company. The problem of obtaining foreign currency limits the development of the electricity sector, as one of the financial problems facing the electricity sector (Sudanese Thermal Generation Company). The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are to show more interest in developing the skills and capabilities of its employees, and for the company to provide specialized training courses in training workers to overcome human problems that affect the performance efficiency of the company under study involve employees in making administrative decisions, so that they feel their importance to the company, which contributes to raising the efficiency the performance.
