| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this thesis, we studied the calculus of variations and we showed how the optimization problems with or without conditions can be solved by using the calculus of variation`s methods such as Lagrange multiplier and Euler-Lagrange equation. We also showed how can we extend or generalize the Euler-Lagrange equation to higher dimensions and higher order derivatives so as to be able to solve not only the one-dimensional problems, but also multidimensional one, finally we presented some problems so as to show the importance of this branch of mathematics in numerous areas of science and in daily life. الخلاصة: في هذه الأطروحة ، درسنا حساب التباينات وأظهرنا كيف يمكن حل مشاكل التحسين مع أو بدون شروط بإستخدام طرق التباين في حساب التباين مثل مضاعف لاجرانج ومعادلة أويلر-لاجرانج. لقد أوضحنا أيضًا كيف يمكننا توسيع أو تعميم معادلة أويلر-لاجرانج على أبعاد أعلى ومشتقات ذات رتب أعلى حتى نتمكن من حل ليس فقط المشكلات أحادية البعد ولكن أيضًا المشكلات متعددة الأبعاد ، وأخيراً قدمنا بعض التطبيقات المختلفة من أجل إظهار أهمية هذا الفرع من الرياضيات في العديد من مجالات العلوم وفي الحياة اليومية. | en_US |
