الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز لدي طلاب جامعة النيلين وعلاقتهما ببعض المتغيرات

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي السمة العامة لكل من الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز لدى طلاب جامعة النيلين، وعلي طبعية الفروق في الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز لدي طلاب جامعة النيلين تبعاً لمتغير النوع، ومتغير الفرقة الدراسية، ومتغير الكلية، والتعرف علي العلاقة التي تربط بين الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعيه الانجاز لدى طلاب جامعه النيلين. شملت عينه البحث طلاب من خمسة كليات مختلفة (أداب وقانون و تجارة و صيدلة وحاسوب)، وبلغ عددهم (115) طالباً وطالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي من إعداد السيد محمد أبو الهاشم ومقياس دافعية الانجاز من إعداد مهيد المتوكل ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام الأساليب الاحصائية اختبار (T- test) لمجتمع واحد واختبار (T- test) لعينيتين مستقلتين لتحليل التباين الأحادي (أنوفا) واختبار أقل فرق معنوي دال (Lsd) واختبار ارتباط بيرسون. وتوصلت النتائج إلي أن كل من الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز يتسمان بالارتفاع الدال إحصائياً، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز لدى طلاب جامعة النيلين، تعزى لمتغير النوع و لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز لدى طلاب جامعة النيلين تعزى لمتغير الفرقة الدراسية، وكذلك لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى طلاب الجامعة تعزي لمتغير الكلية، ولكن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دافعية الانجاز تعزى لمتغير الكلية وتوجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي ودافعية الانجاز، ولا توجد علاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي والعمر ولكن توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين دافعية الانجاز والعمر وفى الختام قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات. وأهمها الإهتمام برفع مستوى الطلاب في دافعية الانجاز من خلال عمل دورات تدريبية لزيادة التحصيل الأكاديمي للطلاب.

Abstract

This research aimed at studying the general characters of social intelligence and achievement motivation among students of AI- Neelian University according to variables of sex, class, college. Also, the study investigated the relationship between social intelligence and achievement motivation among students of Al-Neelian diversity. The society of study is students of Al-Neelian University including five colleges (Art, Law, Trade, pharmacy. Computer), the number of students reach (115) male and female. The researcher used the test of social intelligence and test of achievement motivation to collect the data. The data analyzed by statistical test including T-test for one sample, 'f-test for two independent samples, ANOVA one way, Lsd test, and Pearson correlation index. The results indicated that؛ the social intelligence and achievement motivation among students of Al- Neelian University is high, there are no significant statistical differences in social intelligence and achievement motivation between students of Al-Neelian University according to variable of sex, there are no significant statistical differences in social intelligence and achievement motivation between students of Al-Neelian University according to variable of class, there are no significant statistical differences in social intelligence between students of Al-Neelian University according to variable of college, whereas, there are significant statistical differences in achievement motivation between them according to variable of college. There is no significant correlation relationship between social intelligence and achievement motivation among students of Al-Neelian University, and there is no significant correlation relationship between social intelligence and students' age. In conclusion the researcher presented some recommendations and future research studies.
