القياس المرجعي ودوره في دعم الاستمرارية والميزة التنافسية (دراسة ميدانية على المنشآت الصناعية في السودان

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث أثر اسلوب القياس المرجعي في دعم الاستمرارية والميزة التنافسية في المنشآت الصناعية. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن المنشآت الصناعية السودانية تعاني من كيفية قياس استمراريتها وكذلك ظروف المنافسة في السوق من خلال مواجهتها للتطورات التكنولوجية في مجال تصنيع المنتجات وتسويقها بالرغم من وجود اساليب حديثة مثل القياس المرجعي لقياس مدى استمرارية المنشأة ودعم الميزة التنافسية. هدف البحث الى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه أسلوب القياس المرجعي في دعم الاستمرارية والميزة التنافسية للمنشآت الصناعية. لتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة باختبار الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية الأولى هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اسلوب القياس المرجعي ودعم الاستمرارية، الفرضية الثانية هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اسلوب القياس المرجعي وجودة المنتج، الفرضية الثالثة هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اسلوب القياس المرجعي وتسليم المنتج في الوقت المحدد، الفرضية الرابعة هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اسلوب القياس المرجعي والسعر المنخفض للمنتج اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي وتوصل البحث إلى ان معرفة مستوي المنشاة وقياسه بأداء المنافسين يساعد علي استمرارية المنشأة، ووجود أسواق رئيسية نشطة يدعم مقدرة المنشأة التنافسية ويزيد من ربحيتها ويعزز موقفها المالي، أوصى البحث بضرورة الالتزام بمعايير اداء افضل لضمان النجاح والتميز وتعزيز المقدرة التنافسية للمنشأة، والعمل علي تقويم الأداء المالي والإداري والتأكد من قوة نظام الرقابة الداخلية لضمان استمرارية المنشأة.

Abstract

The research dealt with the effect of the benchmark method in supporting the continuity and competitive advantage in industrial establishments. The research problem was that the Sudanese industrial establishments suffer from how to measure their continuity as well as the conditions of competition in the market by confronting technological developments in the field of product manufacturing and marketing despite the existence of modern methods such as benchmarking to measure the continuity of the establishment and support the competitive advantage. The aim of the research is to identify the role that the benchmark method plays in supporting the continuity and competitive advantage of industrial establishments. To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher tested the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the reference measurement method and support for continuity, the second hypothesis there is a statistically significant relationship between the reference measurement method and the product quality, the third hypothesis There is a statistically significant relationship between the reference measurement method and the product delivery. On time, the fourth hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the reference measurement method and the low price of the product. The research relied on the descriptive approach. The research concluded that knowledge of the facility’s level and its measurement of competitors ’performance helps the establishment’s continuity, and the presence of major active markets supports the entity’s competitive ability, increases its profitability and enhances Its financial position, the research recommended the necessity of adhering to better performance standards to ensure success and distinction, enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise, and working on evaluating the financial and administrative performance and ensuring the strength of the internal control system to ensure the continuity of the establishment.
