Abstract The study has taken in the considration the subject researching the working of women and its impact on the socialization of the children . The study targeting out of the women for work and its impact on the socialization of her children, no doubt employed women played abig role in raising the insome of her family which making her realizing social benefit and have taken knowledge of the social and economical change in the society, the result becoming so quallified in her work. The study showing the situation of the employed women in the devoloping and Arab countries in general and The Sudan in particular and the importance of the socialization institution to work the children. The searcher used the field-surveing system and historical system to study this phenomenon, the researcher posses aquestion to see the the whether ther any cogent reason making the women getting out for work. What these chattenges facing her in the socialization of her children. The conclution from this study 1. Getting out of women for work is necessary to slove her financial problem. 2. Playing abig role in the socral and economical change in the society. 3. Be aware of what is going around her. 4. Getting out for work anegative impact on her socialization of the children. 5. Entering the working field making her educational system. THE RECOMMENDATION l. Showing areslient stance in over coming the restrictim imposed on her to take her role in the chang of the society. 2. Finding new horizons making her so capable to change the social and economical status ofthe society. 3. Taking care of her as crucial productive element in the society. 4. Making arobust environment for her which making her to compromise between working and the socialization of her children.
