Abstract

المستخلص باللغة النجليزية: This field study aimed at exploring Psychological Burnout and its correlation with self-concept and the personality Traits among secondary school teacher Khartoum Locality at Khartoum State. For date collection and processing the researcher used the descriptive method. The targeted population of this study was secondary schools teachers at Khartoum Locality. The final sample constituted a total of 290 teachers, 141 were males and 149 were females. The teachers were selected as a random sample. The main tools used in this study were: Maslach's Burnount Inventory, Muhammal Imad Addeem's selfconcept scale, Muhayyatl. M. AL-Mutawakil's Personality Traits Scale. The researcher used various statistical process, the were namely Pearson's correlation coefficient, sperman's correlation run test, Homogenous of varianve coefficient, (t) test, a random test, MANOVA: Multivariate analysis of variance. The main findings the study was: 1. The Psychological Burnout among secondary schools teachers is high. 2. No significant statistical variables are found between males and و females teachers in Psychological Burnout. No significant variables are found between males and females teachers in self-concept. 3. No significant statistical variables are found in Psychological Burnout. No significant statistical variables are found in self-concept. 4. No significant statistical variables are found in Psychological Burnout. No significant statistical variable are found in self-concept. 5. Significant statistical variables are found in Psychological Burnout. No significant statistical variables are found in self-concept. 6. No significant statistical variables are found in Personality Traits. 7. Significant statistical variables are found in Personality Traits. 8. No significant statistical variables are found in Personality Traits. 9. No significant statistical variables are found in Personality Traits. The researcher has set some recommendation and suggestions for future studies in the some field.
