الكفاءة الذاتية وعلاقتها بالضغوط المهنية لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة- محلية بحري

Abstract

المستخلص هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الكفاءة الذاتية وعلاقتها الضغوط المهنية لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة بمحلية بحري، والكشف عن الفروق في مستويات كل من الكفاءة الذاتية والضغوط المهنية لدى المعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة). استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وبلغ حجم العينة (70) معلمة تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية، لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة استخدم الباحث مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية إعداد عمر بن عبد الله مصطفى ومقياس الضغوط المهنية إعداد فتحية، واستخدم الباحث برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات. وقد ظهرت نتائج البحث ارتفاع مستوى كل من الكفاءة الذاتية والضغوط المهنية لدى عينة البحث، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الكفاءة الذاتية والضغوط المهنية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاءة الذاتية والضغوط المهنية كل من المتغيرات (المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ومن خلال النتائج توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من التوصيات من بينها ضرورة توعية معلمات التربية الخاصة بكيفية التعامل مع الاطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وفق برامج ارشادية معد من قبل اخصائين نفسيين.

Abstract The aim of the research is to identify self-efficacy and its relationship to professional pressures among female teachers of special education in Bahri locality, and to reveal the differences in the levels of both remote competence and professional pressures among female teachers due to the variables of educational level, years of experience).

The descriptive correlative approach was used, and the sample size was (70) parameters chosen by the random sampling method, collecting data from the decline of the sample. The researcher used the self-efficacy scale, Omar bin Abdullah Mustafa, and the professional stress scale. Prepare the salutation, and the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. for data processing.

The results of the research showed a high level of both the following competence and the occupational pressures that the research sample showed. And there is a correlation between the second competency and occupational stress, and there are no statistically significant differences between self-efficacy and occupational stress for each of the hidden variables (education, years of experience).
