Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the main objectives of this research’s to verify or nullify the hypothesis that show the criminal’s victims of the Act committed or induced by the head of the family or any one of its individuals. The family will bear the misdeed of the offence. The family will suffer unjustly suffering psychologically, Economically, socially, from this research that in most cases the family will be subjected to delinquency, and may be involved in criminal behavior in addition to family disrubtion,disorder and suffering. The relatives specially one or both of the parents either of the wife or the father, and in the extended family will alleviate of the bitterness of suffering and protect the family to avoid abnormal deprivation of the members of the family with the interference of Governmental institutions and the Non Cover mental organizations may assist throw monetary or in kinds of psychological effort both for the offenders and crime’s victims and taking care to secure adequate condition for the family to avoid social and psychological sufferin
