تطوير نظام محاكاة صراف آلي ناطق للمكفوفين (بالتطبيق على بنك الخرطوم

Abstract

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم نظام محاكاة صراف آلي ناطق للمكفوفين , حيث جاءت فكرة البحث لتقليل المعاناة التي يلقاها المكفوفين اثناء تعاملهم مع ماكينة الصراف الآلي . يهدف هذا البحث لتمكين العملاء المكفوفين من اتمام عملية سحب النقود من آلات الصراف الآلى بمفردهم دون مرافق بنجاح تام ودون حدوث اي مشاكل من خلال الاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة والوسائط المتعددة خاصة لما لها من فوائد عظيمة في الخدمة المجتمعية , حيث يوفر التطبيق نظام ارشاد وتوجيه صوتى للكفيف في كل خطوة من خطوات تعامله مع الماكينة بالاضافة لخاصية النطق الصوتى لازرار لوحة مفاتيح الماكينة مع تزويد هذه الازرار بأرقام لغة برايل للمكفوفين بشكل بارز مما يجعل استخدام ماكينات الصراف الآلي للمكفوفين غاية في البساطة والسهولة والمرونة ويضمن تعرفهم على الارقام وخيارات الشاشة بالاضافة للتاكد من صحة الاختيار وتجنب الادخال الخاطئ مع امكانية تفريغ الشاشة من الخيارات في حال تم الادخال بشكل خاطئ ثم اعادة الادخال مرة اخرى , كما يوفير السرية لهم من خلال وجوب تزويد ماكينات الصراف الآلي بسماعات اذن يرتديها الكفيف اثناء التعامل مع الماكينة . , ولقد تم الإعتماد في بناء هذا النظام علي التحليل الموجه نحو الكائنات المتمثل في لغة الUML التي تتميز بالبساطة وعدم التعقيد وذلك لإنها تمثل النظام في شكل رسومي يستطيع المستخدم البسيط فهم إسلوبه , وفي البرمجة تم إستخدام لغةMicrosoft visual studio 2010 لما لها من مميزات فريدة وبداخل البرنامج تم استخدام مكتبة الاصناف” “ System.Speech.Synthesisوالصنف ودالة النطق الصوتيspeaker.SpeakAsync(string) .

V Abstract This research deals with the concept of asystem for the simulation of a talking ATM for the blind, where the idea came to reduce the suffering suffered by the blind while dealing with the ATM. The aim of this research is to enable blind clients to complete the process of withdrawing ATMs from their ATMs on their own without any problems, without any problems through the use of modern technologies and multimedia especially because they have great benefits in community service. Within the program, the class library was used is’System.Speech.Synthesis’ and The class and pronunciation function is’speaker.SpeakAsync(string)’ .
