دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي دراسة تطبيقية على مدارس الاساس بمنطقة الكلاكلة

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة : تناولت الدراسة دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة بعض مدارس الاساس بمنطقة الكلاكلة – محلية جبل اولياء . سعت الدراسة الى تحقيق اهداف متعددة منها التعرف على دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي ، وتعريف الطلاب باهمية الارشاد واهم الصعوبات والمعيقات التي تواجه الاخصائي في المجال الارشادي وتؤثر على ادائه لدوره . كما برزت اهمية الدراسة في توضيح دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي واهميته في مجال الارشاد الطلابي وخصوصاً في مرحلة الاساس بمنطقة الكلاكلة مع ابراز توصيات يمكن ان تساهم في زيادة الجهود المبذولة وزيادة الدعم في مجال الارشاد الطلابي . استندت الدراسة على تساؤلات منها ما هو دور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي ؛ بالاضافة الى تساؤلات اخرى ، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والكمي لتحقيق تساؤلاتها ، اعتمدت الدراسة على العينة العشوائية المنتظمة كما اعتمدت الدراسة ايضاً على ادوات متعددة في جمع البيانات ميدانياً مثل : الاستبيان - المقابلة – الملاحظة . اهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ان هنالك دور كبير للاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي بالرغم من الصعوبات والضغوطات التي يمر بها ، وايضاً هنالك علاقة ارشادية وثيقة بين الاخصائي الاجتماعي واسر الطلاب وهذه العلاقة مبنية على التفاهم وتقدير الحالات وحل المشكلات ، وايضاً من النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ان الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي يشكل اهمية واثر ايجابي وخصوصاً في مدارس الاساس بمنطقة الكلاكلة من خلال النصائح والتوجيهات التي يقدمها في مجال الارشاد الطلابي ، والاهتمام بمشاكل الطلاب قبل الوقوع فيها بجانب الارشاد السلوكي والوقائي والتنموي والعلاجي الذي يهتم به في المجال الارشادي . وهذا مما انعكس في تقييمه للاداء ودوره في مجال الارشاد الطلابي وعلى البيئة المدرسية والمجتمع المحلي على حد سواء وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها على سبيل المثال الاتي العمل على نشر الوعي الارشادي لأفراد المجتمع وخاصة الآباء والأمهات لتصحيح وتعديل المفاهيم والاتجاهات السالبة تجاه العملية الارشادية وتجاه القائمين بها ، التوسع في زيادة اعداد الاخصائيين بمدارس الاساس الحكومية والخاصة لكي يتم بهم التعرف على اهمية الارشاد وخططه وبرامجه ونظرياته مع توفير فرص النمو المهني للاخصائيين في مجال الارشاد الطلابي للترقي ببرامجهم وايضاً التعريف بدور الاخصائي الاجتماعي في مجال الارشاد الطلابي عبر وسائل الاعلام مع عقد دورات تدريبية لهم في هذا المجال بهدف تجويد وتقويم الاداء .

Abstract

The study discussed the role of social instructor in the field of students’ instruction within elementary schools in Alkalakla District as an applied study – Jebel Awlia Locality-Khartoum State – Sudan. The study sought to fulfill numerous objectives such as the role of the social instructor in the field of students’ instruction, acquainting students to the importance of instruction, major difficulties and obstacles that face the social instructor which might effect his performance. The study also enlightened the importance and role of the instructor in his job particularly in elementary schools; also displaying recommendations participate in increasing efforts and totaling support within the instruction employment. The study laid upon questions such as what is the role of social instructor in the filed of students’ instruction, including other questions. The researcher used the analytic descriptive and quantitative curricula to fulfill her queries. The study relied on random organized sample; also relied on various tools for gathering and collecting data such as: questionnaire – interview – observations. The most important results the researcher concluded were as follow: • There is a great role to the social instructor in the filed of students’ instruction despite the difficulties and pressures he faces; also there is instructional relationship between social instructor and students’ families built upon understanding, appreciations and solving acute problems might a rise. • Also one of the result the researcher sum up was that the social instructor formed a positive trace and an importance particularly in elementary schools within Kalakla district; and that is through advices and conduction he presents including taking care of students’ problems before taking place; beside behavioral instruction and protective, therapies and developed instruction. And does the result of that his evaluation to the role he plays in his filed, school environment and the local community. • The researcher concluded some recommendations such as: working to pass awareness to individuals particularly parents to straighten and correct their concepts and negative directions towards instruction and the coordinators. • Expanding the numbers of social instructors within elementary schools whether private or public ones so as to know the importance of instruction and its plans, programs and theories. Beside, saving the opportunities of vocational development to social instructors to promote their programs. Also, acquainting the role of social instructors via mass media including launching training courses for them in the filed of instruction to strengthen and maintain their performance.
