Abstract

مستخلص البحث ان عملية الحصول على المعلومة الدقيقة والسريعة في الوقت المناسب من أهم متطلبات البحث الجيد والدراسة الكاملةوالتخطيط السليم. لذا تم انشاء نظام معلوماتالكتروني يسهل الحصول على المعلومة الموثقة وبالسرعة المطلوبة. ومن خلال العمل الاستشاري الممتد والمستمر في المركز، الذيتمثل دراسات الجدوى وتقويم الأصول نسبة كبيرة منه، توفرت ثروة من المعلومات استخدمت في تنفيذ تلك الدراسات، ولكنهابقيت مبعثرة وعرضة للضياع فكانت الحوجه الي نظام معلومات. يهدف هذا البحث الي انشاء نظام الاستشارات الصناعية الذي يساعد عليتخزين البيانات بطريقه متكاملة، و الربط بين النوعيات المختلفة للبيانات المعبرة عن النشاطات الاستشارية المختلفة ومتابعة التغيرات التي تحدث في البيانات الاستشارية المخزنة وإدخال التعديلات اللازمة عليها، حتى تكون دائماً في الصورة الملائمة لاستخدامها فور طلبها،هذا النظام الذي تم تصميمة يحقق السرية الكاملة للبيانات المخزنة بها بحيث لا تتاح أية معلومات لأي شخص ليس له الحق في الاطلاع عليها مما يودى الى سهولة استخراج التقارير والمعلومات المطلوبةالتي تودي الى تقليل الوقت والجهد مما يعني زيادة كفاءة العمل الاستشاري .
