بناء نظام لإدارة أعمال المرور (الترخيص) باستخدام قواعد البيانات الموزعة (دراسة حالة رئاسة الإدارة العامة للمرور)

Abstract

المستخلص النمو والتطوير الكبير الذي شهده العصر الحالي لكان لا بد لإدارة المرور استخدام نظم وتقنيات حديثة لمواكبة هذا التطور لذا هدف الباحث لبناء نظام لإدارة أعمال المرور (الترخيص) باستخدام قواعد البيانات الموزعة وهي فلسفة تعني إنشاء نظام يعتمد على دراسة النظام القائم وتحويله إلى نظام يعمل بطريقة قواعد البيانات موزعة، حيث أن النظام القائم مركزي مما يؤدى إلى تبديد الوقت، وضعف الأمن والسرية وتراكم العمل، وبطء النظام بالإضافة إلى ضعف التقارير. واستخدام نظام قواعد البيانات الموزعة لقدرتها على تنفيذ الأعمال في أكثر من موقع ، وقدرة التواصل وتكامل المعلومات بين أكثر من نقطة ومن ثم تحليل البيانات وتحويلها إلي معلومات مفيدة لدعم اتخاذ القرار الخاص بإدارة أعمال الإدارة العامة المرور . وإبراز البحث مشكلة النظام القائم وهي المركزي وضرورة إيجاد نظام بديل يقدم سجلات شاملة من إنشاء قاعدة بيانات موزعة، واستخدم في هذا البحث المنهج التحليل لتحليل النظام والمنهج الوصفي لوصف النظام والمنهج التطبقي لتنفيذ النظام كما استخدم قواعد بيانات أوراكل لتصميم قاعدة بيانات النظام و Oracle developer 6i لتصميم الواجهات، وتم عرض أهم النتائج والتوصيات للمشروع المقترح والمراجع .

Abstract The great growth and development witnessed in the current era, it was necessary for the Traffic Department to use modern systems and technologies to keep pace with this development, so the researcher's goal is to build a system for managing traffic work (licensing) using distributed databases, which is a philosophy that means creating a system based on studying the existing system and transforming it into a system that works in a distributed database manner, as the existing system is centralized, which leads to waste of time, poor security, confidentiality, backlogs, system slowdowns, and poor reporting. And the use of a distributed database system for its ability to carry out business in more than one location, and the ability to communicate and integrate information between more than one point, and then analyze the data and convert it into useful information to support the decision-making for managing the work of the General Traffic Department. The research highlighted the problem of the existing system, which is the central and the need to find an alternative system that provides comprehensive records from creating a distributed database. In this research, the analysis approach was used to analyze the system and the descriptive approach to describe the system and the applied approach to implementing the system. He also used Oracle databases to design the system database and Oracle developer 6i to design Facades, and the most important results and recommendations of the proposed project and references were presented.
