حوادث السير من نوازل هذا العصر التي تحتاج الي دراسة فقهيه متقنه لأن حيثياتها كثيره وجزئياتها متنوعة وهذه الرساله توضح الأحكام المتعلقة بحوادث السير في الفقه الإسلامي .(أشرت في المقدمه الي الدراسه والهدف فيها واسباب أختيارى للبحث) تتكون الرساله من ثلاث فصول بالإضافة الي المقدمة والخاتمة . و تناول الباحث في الفصل الأول تعريف الطريق وحق الطريق وتعريف حوادث المرور والضروريات الخمس وعلاقتها بحوادث السير . تناول الباحث في الفصل الثاني الأحكام المتعلقة بالمركبات والأشخاص والطريق التي تتسبب في حوادث السير وفي الفصل الثالث تناول الباحث الحديث عن حوادث السير في الفقه الإسلامي وقانون المرور السوداني. Abstracts Traffic accidents are the Woes of this century, which need a jurisprudence study. it should be perfect because of its many and varied aspects. This study explains the provisions related to traffic accidents in Islamic jurisprudence (I mentioned to this in the introduction of the study , the objective and the reasons for selection of this research research) The study consists of three chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion. In Chapter one, the researcher tackled the definition of the road, the right of the road, the definition of traffic accidents and the five necessities and their relation with traffic accidents. In chapter two, the researcher deals with the provisions related to vehicles ,people and the road that cause traffic accidents. In Chapter three, the researcher deals with traffic accidents in Islamic jurisprudence and the Sudanese Traffic Law.
