دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مراكز المعاقين حركياً بولاية الخرطوم دراسة حالة مدينة العملاق – محلية بحري

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مراكز المعاقين حركياً، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن قضية المعاقين تشغل كافة الدول والهيئات والمنظمات الدولية والمحلية، تأتي أهمية البحث في دراسة مراكز الإعاقة بولاية الخرطوم في دعهم الممارسة المهنة للخدمة الاجتماعية ومعرفة دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل المراكز. وهنالك عدة أهداف للبحث أهمها: معرفة دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي داخل مراكز الإعاقة. وقد قدم البحث تساؤل رئيسي يتمثل في: ما هو دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في مراكز الإعاقة؟ هل الأسرة متفهمة لدور مراكز الإعاقة؟ وقد استخدم هذا البحث عدد من المناهج منها: المنهج الوصفي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث الآتي: نقص عدد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسة، افتقار مدينة العملاق لأماكن الترويح، عدم وجود توظيف لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي بالمدينة ويوجد مشرف اجتماعي. وعلى ضوء النتائج خرج البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: توفير مراكز التدريب على الحرف المختلفة بالمدينة، وضع برامج اجتماعية لدمج المعاقين في المجتمع بصورة جيدة وفي مدينة العملاق، إنشاء مراكز متخصصة في تنمية قدرات المعاقين في المدينة.

Abstract The research dealt with the role of the social worker in the centers of the physically disabled. The problem of the study represented in that, the issue of the disabled persons’ rights is of interest to all States, international and local bodies and organizations. The importance of research comes in the study of disability centers in Khartoum State in their support of the professional practice of social service, and knowledge of the role of social worker within the centers. There are several research objectives, including: helping the family to benefit from the services provided by the disability centers, and knowing the role of the social worker within the disability centers. The research presented several questions, represented in: What is the role of the social worker in the centers of disability? Is the family aware of the role of disability centers? This research used a number of methods, including: descriptive method, case study, and statistical methods, in the field study to collect, analyze and interpret information through the questionnaire. The main findings of the research are: Lack of social workers number in the institution. There is no time for the social worker to listen to problems and complaints. Giant City is lacking of recreation places. In the light of the results, the research came out with several recommendations, the most important of them are: Providing training centers on various crafts in the city. Development of social programs to integrate the disabled into the community and the Giant City in a sound way. Establish specialized centers in the development of the capacities of the disabled.
