دور التأهيل المهني في دمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية في المجتمع نموذجاً (تجربة جمعية أسرتنا السودانية)

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث دور التأهيل المهني في دمج الأشخاص الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية في المجتمع و تلخصت مشكلة البحث في معرفة دور التأهيل المهني في دمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية في المجتمع وتهدف البحث الى معرفة أهم الاسباب الإعاقة الذهنية, ومعرفة الخدمات المقدمة من الدولة في مجال التأهيل المهني والدمج والحد من الإعاقة, ومعرفة الصعوبات التي تؤثر على فعالية الخدمات التأهيلية. استخدم البحث المنهج التاريخي التعريف بأدبيات البحث النظرية وتوضيح حجم الظاهرة والمنهج المسحي والمنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة ووصف الظواهر المختلفة وإحصائها للتحليل بواسطة اداة المقابلة والملاحظة. وخلص البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: تحقيق المركز لفلسفة التأهيل المهني المهني التي تقوم بدور الانتقال بالمعاق من قبول فكرة الاعتماد على الآخرين إلى ضرورة الاعتماد على الذات ,وذلك عن طريق الاستقلال الذاتي والكفاية الشخصية والاجتماعية والمهنية واستعادة الشخص ذوي الإعاقة لأقصى درجة من درجات القدرة الجسمية, أو العقلية, أو الحسية المتبقية. افتقاد عنصر هام لنجاح اهداف التأهيل المهني وهو توفر الاتجاهات الإيجابية والرغبة من قبل أصحاب المصانع والمصالح التجارية لتشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في مراكزهم ومؤسساتهم ومنها الصعوبات تواجه المركز في الدعم المالي ونقص في الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة. وتوصل البحث الى عدد من التوصيات اهمها توفير الدعم المادي والفني من وسائل تعليم حديثة ومراجعات اشرافية لتصميم مباني مراكز التأهيل المهني. إقامة مؤتمرات وورش دورية في مناهج وبرامج التأهيل المهني. توثيق شهادت الخريجين من مراكز التأهيل المهني واعتمادها في سوق العمل الرسمي والشعبي الأمر الذي يتطلب توعية وتنوير المجتمع بكافة وسائل التواصل الإعلامية بصورة دورية وثابتة لواقع ذوي الإعاقات ومدى تقبلهم للدمج بعد انتهاء عملية التأهيل المهني. كلمات مفتاحية: التأهيل المهني- الإعاقة – الذهنية- الدمج – المجتمع – الإعاقة الذهنية Abstract The research tackled the role of vocational rehabilitation in the integration of persons with intellectual disabilities in society. The problem of research is summarized in the knowledge of the role of vocational rehabilitation in the integration of persons with mental disabilities in society. The research aims to identify the main reasons for mental disability, Reduce disability, and learn about the difficulties that affect the effectiveness of rehabilitation services. The research used the historical method to define the theoretical research literature and to clarify the size of the phenomenon and the descriptive approach and the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon and describe the different phenomena and their statistics for analysis by the tool of the interview and observation. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: The Center's achievement of the philosophy of vocational vocational rehabilitation, which plays the role of the disabled person from accepting the idea of relying on others to the need for self-reliance through autonomy and personal, social and professional efficiency, and restoring persons with disabilities to the maximum degree of physical ability , Mental, or residual sensory. Lack of an important element for the success of the goals of vocational rehabilitation, which provides positive trends and desire by the owners of factories and commercial interests to operate persons with disabilities in their centers and institutions, including the difficulties faced by the Center in financial support and lack of modern educational means. The research reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the provision of material and technical support from modern teaching methods and supervisory reviews to design the buildings of the vocational rehabilitation centers. Organizing conferences and workshops in vocational rehabilitation curricula and programs. Documenting graduates' certificates from vocational rehabilitation centers and adopting them in the official and popular labor market, which requires awareness and enlightenment of the community through all means of communication periodically and consistently to the reality of people with disabilities and their acceptance of integration after the end of the vocational rehabilitation process.
