تطبيق اندرويد للإبلاغ عن النفايات بإستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية بالتطبيق على هيئة نظافة محلية أمدرمان

Abstract

المستخلص تهدف هذه الدراسة لعمل تطبيق اندرويد للمواطن يتم من خلاله تبليغ المسؤلين عن سير العمل في عملية نظافة البيئة داخل ولاية الخرطوم ليسهل عملية متابعة العمل داخل مناطق الولاية ، ويقوم هذا النظام بإضافة الخريطة او الصورة الجوية ومن خلالها يمكن تحديد المعالم المراد الاستفادة منها ، وتوجد قاعدة بيانات تصف هذه المعالم من خلال ارسال احداثيات الشخص المبلغ ، وتتم عمليات اضافة البيانات او حذفها او التعديل فيها من قبل الجهات الرسمية او الاشخاص المخول لهم ذلك بصفة رسمية حتى تكون البيانات الصحيحة وتستخدم في الحياة العملية بوضوح وواقعية . وخلصت الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج اهمهاعدم توفر عدد كافي من عربات النظافة وعدم توظيف المتوفر منها بالشكل المطلوب وتوصي باستخدم GPS لنفس النظام لمتابعة كل عربة على حدا وتحديد زمن محدد لكل عربة لتنجز فيه اعمالها خلال اليوم من خلال هذا النظام تستطيع الهيئة معاقبة كل موظف لم يقوم بعمله بالصورة المطلوبة .

Abstract The aim of this study is to make a mobile application for the citizen through which the officials are informed about the progress of the work in the process of cleanliness of the environment within the state of Khartoum to facilitate the process of follow-up work within the regions of the state, and this system adds the map or aerial image through which can identify the parameters to be used, These features are described by sending the coordinates of the person in question, and data additions, deletions or modifications are made by the official authorities or persons authorized to do so in an official manner so that the data is correct and used in practical life clearly and realistically. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which is the use of easy-to-use, fast- response android applications . And recommend using GPS for the same system to follow each vehicle and set a specific time for each vehicle to complete the work during the day through this system can punish any staff member did not do the required work. And recommends that this application be used strongly for the need to clean the environment and citizen safety.
