Item الدور الوسيط لإدارة المعرفة في العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي بالتطبيق على قطاع المصارف في السودان للفترة 2015 – 2021م(جامعة النيلين, 2022) عبد الرحمن عيسى عبدالرحمن تاج الدينالمستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الوسيط لإدارة المعرفة في العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي بالمصارف السودانية، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف الأداء في بعض المصارف وقد لوحظ أن الأداء في القطاع المصرفي لم يكن مثالياً بالرغم من أن تلك المصارف قد تمتلك نظم معلومات إدارية لكنها لا تستخدم هذه النظم بمكوناتها في تحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة وفاعلية، وتلخصت المشكلة في التساؤل: ما دور إدارة المعرفة في العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي في المصارف؟. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإحصائي. اختبرت الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية وإدارة المعرفة، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة والأداء المؤسسي، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة والإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: وجد ان هنالك ارتباط طردي بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي بالمصارف السودانية. كذلك تبين وجود ارتباط طردي بين إدارة المعرفة والأداء المؤسسي بالمصارف السودانية. أيضاً أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط طردي بين إدارة المعرفة والإدارة الإلكترونية والأداء المؤسسي بالمصارف السودانية. أوصت الدراسة بالسعي الجاد إلى توفير المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لما لها من دور فعال في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، الاهتمام بإدارة المعرفة لأهميتها في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي ودورها في نجاح التغيير التكنولوجي، العمل على تحفيز وتشجيع ثقافة مشاركة المعرفة وإزالة الحواجز الرسمية بين مستخدمي الأنظمة الإلكترونية وذلك لتعظيم الفائدة من تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية. Abstract The aims of the study identifying the mediating role of the Knowledge management in the relationship between electronic management and the institutional performance in the Sudanese banks. The problem of the study lies in the poor performance in some banks. It was noted that the performance in those banks may have management information systems, but they do not use these systems in their components in achieving efficiently and effectively their objectives. The problem was outlined in the question: What is the role of the Knowledge in the relationship between the electronic management and institutional performance in the banks? The study tested the following hypotheses: there is a statistically significant relationship between the electronic management and institutional performance. There is a statistically significant relationship between the electronic management and Knowledge management, and there is a statistically significant relationship between Knowledge management and institutional performance. There is similarly a statistically significant relationship between Knowledge management, electronic management and performance management. The study reached a number of results; the most important of which are that there is a steady correlation between the electronic management and institutional performance in the Sudanese bank. It appeared also that there is a steady correlation between Knowledge management and institutional performance in the Sudanese banks. The results showed also that there is a steady correlation between the Knowledge management, the electronic management and the institutional performance in the Sudanese banks. The study recommends that there must be diligent endeavor to provide the necessary requirements for applying electronic management due to its effective role in raising the efficiency of institutional performance, as well as giving attention to Knowledge management due to its importance in improving the institutional performance and its role in the success of the technological change, besides motivating and encouraging the Knowledge sharing culture, removal of barriers among the electronic systems users to maximize the benefit of applying the electronic management. .
