Item أثر إدارة الوقت علي الإنتاجية ( دراسة: تطبيقية لقطاع السكر بالسودان)(جامعة النيلين, 2021) سارة أبو القاسم محمد طاهر شريفملخص البحث: تناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل أثر تخطيط الوقت على إنتاجية العمالة بالتطبيق على مصنع سكر حلفا الجديدة –ولاية كسلا ، وتتمثل مشكلة البحث فى : ما أثر تخطيط الوقت على الإنتاج؟ وهل يؤدى عدم التخطيط الجيد للوقت إلى تضارب في الأنشطة الإنتاجية ؟ مما يؤدى إلى فشل الشركة وخروجها من السوق؟ كما أن فروض البحث تمثلت فى : أن كثير من الشركات الإنتاجية تعتمد على تخطيط الوقت لمعرفة مدى نجاحها أو فشلها،كما توجد علاقة طردية بين التخطيط للوقت وزيادة الإنتاج، وأن الإهتمام بتخطيط الوقت يمثل عنصر نجاح بالنسبة للشركة. وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي ومنهج دراسة الحالة فى عمل هذا البحث من خلال جمع البيانات عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية والدراسات السابقة الإستبيان وذلك من أجل إثبات الفروض التي أثبتت،والتوصل إلى نتائج إضافية ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: هناك إهتمام كبير بتخطيط وقت العمليات الإنتاجية من أول مرحلة حتى أخر مرحلة فى الإنتاج كما تهتم الإدارة بتنبيه العاملين بأهمية الوقت وذلك من خلال فرض عقوبات لمن يتخطى وقت الحضور والإنصراف . إن زيادة الإهتمام بتخطيط الوقت أدى إلى زيادة الإنتاج ونجاح المصنع وأيضاً التخطيط الجيد لوقت الإنتاج أدى إلي الحصول علي كميات الإنتاج المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد لها، تخطيط وقت الإنتاج بصورة دقيقة أدى إلي تفادي مشكلة تضارب الأعمال، إن تخطيط الوقت يمثل وقود إنطلاق لنجاح المصنع وسيطرته على السوق مما يؤدى إلى تحقيق أهداف المصنع، إن التخطيط للوقت هو أساس كل العمليات الإنتاجية، أدى تخطيط الوقت إلى الإستفادة من الوقت الضائع فى زيادة الإنتاج وتقليل الإزدواجية والتضارب فى العمل. يلاحظ أن نسبة من العاملين يضيعون جانباً من أوقات العمل فى المجاملات الشخصية مثل إستقبال الزوار والمكالمات الهاتفية، يستعين المصنع بالعمالة الأجنبية للمحافظة على الوقت، يلاحظ أن تخطيط الوقت يساعد على ضبط عمليات الإنتاج بالصورة المطلوبة، يلاحظ أن إدارة المصنع توفر السكن للعاملين بالقرب من المصنع لضمان حضور العاملين في زمن قياسي. تقدم الباحثة فى هذا الإطار العديد من التوصيات وتوصيات للدراسات القادمة تتمثل فى: التركيز على تخطيط الوقت وتعريف الموظفين بأهمية الوقت وأسباب ضياعه، وحثهم على تطبيق كل مفاهيم الوقت فى بيئة العمل، تدريب العاملين على تغيير العادات والسلوكيات التي تؤدى إلى إهدار الوقت وتضييعه وذلك بالإتجاه نحو التكنولوجيا لتوفير الجهد والوقت فى العمل. إنشاء إدارة خاصة بالوقت وتخطيطه لكافة العمليات الإنتاجية ودراسة بيئة العمل والظروف التي يعمل تحتها الموظفين، توصى الباحثة بتسليط الضوء على معوقات تخطيط الوقت،ضرورة التقيد بالمفاهيم والنظم والقوانين واللوائح التي تضعها الإدارة ،تجنب الزوار والمجاملات الشخصية خلال فترة العمل، إنشاء قسم خاص للدراسات والبحوث لضمان عدم ضياع وقت العاملين عند الحوجه إلي المعلومات .كما توصي بهجر المفاهيم الخاطئة والسلوكيات السيئة تجاه الوقت وذلك بإحترامة واستغلاله بصورة مثلى. توصيات للدراسات القادمة: توصى الباحثة بزيادة الدراسات حول التخطيط للوقت فى كافة جوانب الحياة المختلفة. توصى الباحثة بتطوير مراكز الأبحاث بالمؤسسات الإنتاجية لتسهيل عملية الحصول على المعلومات .
