    Abstract The Evaluation of job performance for Human Element & Its Impact on Productivity: This study tackles various problems of the job performance evaluation: negativity of the evaluation methods and impartiality. The object of this study is to get acquainted with the job performance evaluation system for the workers at the Agricultural Bank of Sudan (Dueim Branch).It also aims at demonstrating the importance of and the concept of the study objectives, evaluation of the performance of the workers of the bank as well as the cons and prons of the system within the bank. There are two hypnosises within this study: the weakness of the standard of the performance measurement which has adverse effect on the productivity level of the bank; the thing which hinder the bank to achieve its goal. In contrast, the workers incentive increases the bank productivity and therefore, it profitability arises. The study based on the descriptive approach, case-study approach and analytical approach. The findings and solutions compassed by the study were as follows: The follow-up system is scientific in term of numeric order and reports. The administration should submit its reports and evaluates the remarks. The direct supervisor should have sufficient information about his subordinates and he should evaluate their performance. This will definitely enhance the work environment, which in turn will affect the workers morale. The study is divided into four chapters: chapter one examined the evaluation of the job performance; the second chapter examined the concepts and definition of productivity. The third chapter is devoted to the job performance evaluation at the Agricultural Bank of Sudan (Duiem Branch). The four and the last chapter examined the practical aspect (field study).
