Item القيادة الإدارية ودورها في فاعلية التخطيط الإستراتيجي ورفع كفاءة الأداء (دراسة حالة مصرف الإدخار والتنمية الإجتماعية)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) النور إسماعيل اتيم عبدالكريمالمستخلص تناول البحث القيادة الادارية ودورها في فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي ورفع كفاءة الاداء وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في ماهو دورالقيادة الادارية في فعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي ورفع كفاءة الاداء وكانت فروض الدراسة كما يلي ، هنالك علاقة طردية بين القيادة الادارية وفعالية التخطيط الاستراتيجي وكذلك هنالك علاقة طردية بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي وكفاءة الاداء وكذلك هنالك علاقة بين القيادة الادارية وكفاءة الاداء وللبحث أهمية وذلك في معرفة القيادة الادارية ودورها في فاعلية التخطيط الاستراتيجي ورفع كفاءة الاداء بمصرف الادخار والتنمية الاجتماعية وهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور القيادة الادارية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي في رفع كفاءة الاداء والتعرف على المشاكل والسلبيات التي تصاحب التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واهم النتائج التي توصلت عليها الدراسة أن فعالية القيادة الادارية تساهم بصورة كبيرة في عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي وذلك من خلال البرامج والخطط التي تضعها المؤسسة وتعمل القيادة الادارية علي المصرف علي تحدد المفاهيم الاساسية لعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي مما يزيد من كفاءة الاداء ومن اهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالكفاءات القيادية للمصرف ومساعدتها في تحديد المفاهيم الاساسية لعملية التخطيط وضرورة ان تدعيم القيادة الادارية مشاركة كل الاطراف المؤثرة في المؤسسة بعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي . Abstract The study dealt with administrative leadership and its role in the effectiveness of strategic planning and raising the efficiency of performance. The problem of research is what is the role of administrative leadership in the effectiveness of strategic planning and raising the efficiency of performance. The study hypotheses are as follows: There is a direct relationship between the administrative leadership and the effectiveness of strategic planning. There is also a relationship between the administrative leadership and the efficiency of performance and the importance of the research in the knowledge of the administrative leadership and its role in the effectiveness of strategic planning and raise the efficiency of performance in the Savings Bank and social development. Knowledge of the role of the administrative leadership in strategic planning in raising the efficiency of performance and identify the problems and negatives that accompany the strategic planning followed the study descriptive analytical method and the most important results of the study that the effectiveness of administrative leadership contribute significantly to the process of strategic planning through programs and plans developed by the institution The administrative leadership on the bank to identify the basic concepts of the process of strategic planning, which increases the efficiency of performance and the most important recommendations need to pay attention to the leadership competencies of the bank and help in determining the basic concepts of.
