Item نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية بمنظمات الأعمال (بالتطبيق على بنك أمدرمان الوطني في الفترة من 2018 – 2020م)(جامعة النيلين, 2022) أسامة هاشم الحسن أحمدالمستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية بمنظمات الأعمال (بالتطبيق على بنك أمدرمان الوطني في الفترة من 2018 – 2020م)، وتهدف الدراسة التعرف على نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني، وتحليل دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ان بنك أمدرمان الوطني يواجه صعوبات ومشاكل ومعوقات وهياكل تنظيمية معقدة لم تساعده على تحقيق الأهداف بصورة مثالية مما أدى الى قصور في دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية إنعكس أثره في ترشيد القرارات الادارية، وعليه يمكن تبسيط مشكلة الدراسة من خلال التساؤلات التالية؟ هل لنظم المعلومات الإدارية دور في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية بالبنك المعني؟ هل لتوفر البيانات والمعلومات دور في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية؟ هل لتقنية تخزين المعلومات دور في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية؟ هل لمعالجة المعلومات دور في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية ؟. وتفترض الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: هناك علاقة ذات دلالة أحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين توفر البيانات والمعلومات وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقنية تخزين المعلومات وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معالجة المعلومات وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم إستخدام المنهج الأحصائي (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات وإختبار الفروض. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية وجود إرتباط موجب قوي بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. أكدت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية وجود إرتباط طردي موجب بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية بعد توفر البيانات والمعلومات وترشيد القرارات الإدارية ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. أثبتت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية وجود ارتباط طردي موجب بين تقنية تخزين المعلومات أحد أبعاد نظم المعلومات الإدارية وترشيد إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بنك أمدرمان الوطني. كما أوصت الدراسة على عدد من التوصيات أهمها، تعزيز الإهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية لمساهمتها في إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية وترشيدها ببنك أمدرمان الوطني. ضرورة الإهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية وتوفير البيانات والمعلومات حتى تسهم في ترشيد القرارات الإدارية بالبنك. ينبغي الإهتمام بتقنية تخزين المعلومات وتوفيرها للإدارة حتى تساعدها في إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بصورة سليمة وترشد قراراتها. Abstract: This study dealt with management information systems and their role in rationalizing administrative decisions in business organizations (a field study on Omdurman National Bank in the period from 2018-2020). The study aims to identify management information systems and their role in rationalizing administrative decisions in Omdurman National Bank, analyzing the role of management information systems Rationalizing administrative decisions at Omdurman National Bank. The problem of the study was that Omdurman National Bank faces difficulties, problems, obstacles and complex administrative organizational structures that did not help it to achieve the goals in an ideal way, which led to a shortcoming in the role of management information systems, and its impact was reflected in the rationalization of administrative decisions. Therefore, the study problem can be simplified through the following questions? Does management information systems have a role in rationalizing the administrative decisions of the concerned bank? Does the availability of data and information have a role in rationalizing administrative decisions? Doesinformation storage technology have a role in rationalizing administrative decisions? Does information processing have a role in rationalizing administrative decisions? The study assumes the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems and the rationalization of administrative decisions in Omdurman National Bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between the availability of data and information and the rationalization of administrative decisions at Omdurman National Bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between information storage technology and rationalization of administrative decisions at Omdurman National Bank. There is a statistically significant relationship between information processing and rationalization of administrative decisions in Omdurman National Bank. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the statistical method (SPSS) was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The results of the field study showed a strong positive correlation between management information systems and rationalization of administrative decisions in Omdurman National Bank. The results of the field study confirmed the existence of a positive direct correlation between management information systems after the availability of data and information and the rationalization of administrative decisions at Omdurman National Bank. The results of the field study demonstrated the existence of a positive direct correlation between information storage technology, one of the dimensions of management information systems and the rationalization of administrative decision-making at Omdurman National Bank. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is promoting interest in management information systems for their contribution to administrative decision-making and rationalizing them at Omdurman National Bank. The necessity of paying attention to administrative information systems and providing data and information in order to contribute to rationalizing the administrative decisions of the bank . Attention should be paid to the technology of storing information and providing it to the administration in order to assist it in making sound administrative decisions and to guide its decisions.
