Item تقييم دور بنك السودان المركزي في إدارة السيولة 2005 م 2008 م(جامعة النيلين, 2009) أبو عبيدة عبد الرحمن خيري عبد الرحمن7 Abstract This study includes descriptively and analyze role of the Central Banks for managing the Liquidity with applying on experiment of Sudan Central Bank, The research are consisted four Chapters , whereas the First chapter representing the general frame of the study , the second chapter includes the theory frame which holds tow subjects, the first subject are consisted definition of the Liquidity and it importance in order to definition of the Central Banks .., The Second Subject is holds the Used Tools by the Central Banks for managing the Liquidity ., the Third Subject is Survey Study which includes two Subjects as follow : Establishment & advancement of Sudan Central Bank with its applied Policies for managing the Liquidity. The Four Chapter is consisted the Data analysis of the Survey Study., The Fifth Chapter is holds the Results and Recommendations. Importance of the research regarding to importance of the Subject itself which representing littleness of Sudanese Economy, whereas the follower for the Sonly Economic Status will touch littleness in the Liquidity that may effect on the Economic activity by some way, So the Study aimed to know the experiment’s successful of the Central Bank for Finding enough liquidity to coverage Needs of the Economic activity in the Country. The researcher have Used the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS) program to prove correctly of the follow Hypothesis - The Central Bank has effective role in managing the liquidity on economic standard. - the Used Tools by Central Bank for managing the liquidity are fulfilled remarkable Successful. - The Used Tools are positively effected on the liquidity status. The researcher have reached to some results through the hypotheses as follow: * the Central Bank have efficient role for managing the liquidity on economic standard through efficiency of quality tools of the Monetary policy by Sudan Central Bank . * Efficiency of the direct jointing by the Central Bank to solving problems of the liquidity it will achieved by founding provision the investment deposits or purchasing the direct Securities from the Banks such as ( Shahama – Shemam – Shehab) * the researcher have reached to some Recommendations as follow: * the jointing into regional and international Clusters or in innovation of Islamic, Economic Clusters whereas the Central Banks shall merge to be nucleus for Islamic international Stock then can supplying all the Islamic Countries for managing its Liquidity. * activating role of the Open market through powering the Stock market in addition to Innovation for new mechanisms to the activate Liquidity.
