Item بناء نظام اكترونى لمتابعة المرضى(2016) وفاء عبداللطيف سعيد فضلالمستخلص يهدف النظام المقترح إلي إنشاء واجهة إلكترونية تفاعلية لمتابعة المرضي بأمستشفى ابراهيم مالك وذلك لمعالجة المشكلات التي يعانى منها النظام الحالي الذى اتضح به كثير من المشاكل وهى كالاتي : صعوبة في إدخال بيانات المرضي ومتابعة العلاج ومقابلة الاطباء حيث تتم هذه الاجراءات بطريقة يدوية بالإضافة الى حفظ الملفات الخاصة بالمرضي في دفاتر ورقية قابلة للضياع والفقدان. وفى هذا المشروع استخدمت الادوات البرمجية المتطورة لتحليل وتصميم النظام المقترح مثل مخططات تدفق البيانات والمخططات الانسيابية كما تم وضع دراسة جدوي متكاملة للنظام المقترح استخدمت لغة VisualBasic.net لتصميم واجهات النظام التي تساعد المريض والطبيب من إدخال سجلات المرضي. كما استخدم برنامج قاعدة البيانات الهيكلية MySQL في تصميم قاعدة بيانات النظام. خلص النظام إلي نتائج مهمة تتمثل في أن لغة V.B.net and MySQL) ) من أنسب اللغات لتصميم مثل هذه الأنظمة ، وقد توصل الباحث بضرورة تصميم النظام المقترح يوفر السرعة في ادخال بيانات المرضي وايضا استخراج التقارير الدورية التي تساعد ادارة المستشفى بمعرفة سير العمل كما دعم التقارير وزارة الصحة . ABSTRACTs This research inter active website to follow up patients at Ibrahim Malik teaching hospital is designed so as to address the problems plaguing the current system, which turned out to be a lot of problems, as follows: Difficulty in patient data entry and follow up interview doctors and treatment where these measures are in addition to a handy way to save files of patients in paper ledgers, subject to loss and loss. The researchers used a sophisticated software tools for the analysis and design of the proposed system such as data and charts flow schemes have been developed integrated study the feasibility of the proposed system. The researchers also used the language (MySQL and visual basic.net) to design and system interfaces, which helps the patient records, was used as the structural database software (MySQL) in the system database design . Among the most important findings of the researchers are that the proposed system, provides speed in the patient data entry and also extract periodic reports that help the hospital management to know the workflow system, as these reports support the ministry of Health. The researchers hope to apply the system on the hospital and user training and maintenance and periodic backups of the data.Item تحسين دقة تصنيف البيانات بإستخدام خاصية إختيار الخصائص وخوارزمية دعم آلة الناقلات(2016) مــــرام علي عثمان البدريالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم خدمة مواكبة لعصر تضخم البيانات عصر انفجار المعلومات والبيانات بصورة تضمن استكشاف هذه البيانات واستخراج المعرفة الواسعه منها وذلك عبر تطبيق خوارزميات علم تنقيب البيانات. من أجل حل مشكلة بطء عمل الخوارزميات في عملية التصنيف كلما زادت عدد الصفات وذالك عبر استخدام خاصية خوارزمية اختيار الخصائص والتي تعمل على تقليل الصفات بناء على الأكثر تأثيرا في عملية التنبؤ ومن ثم تصنيف البيانات باستخدام خوارزمية شعاع الدعم الآلي. وبناء على ذلك تم الحصول على نتائج التصنيف قبل استخدام الخاصية وبعد استخدامها والتي اظهرت ازدياد نسبة الصحة في دقة البيانات وتقليل الخطأ مقارنة بالتنفيذ قبل استخدام الخاصية وقد تمت عملية التقييم بناء على الدقة والاسترجاع للبيانات, وكل ذلك عبر أداة تنقيب البيانات Clementine . Abstract This research study was made to serve as a solution to assist the process of discovering patterns and knowledge discovery from the massive data that has flooded the internet and data storage through sets of algorithms and tools. Algorithm is defined as a series of logical steps that provide a solution to certain problem which could be statistical or mathematical and could be adjusted and updated whenever needed. The outcome of this research study was a solution for the time consumption of a certain algorithm called SVM by a method called Feature selection, software CLEMENTEIN was used in order to test and illustrate the difference of time elapsed before and after using the Feature selection.Item اثر نظم المعلومات الادارية ونظم تقيم الاداء على اداء وانتاجية الافراد(2016) محمد ابراهيم عابدين ابراهيمالملخص الغرض من هذا البحث هو تحديد احتياجات المنظمة ومعرفه كيفيه ادارة الموارد البشرية و تدريب الاشخاص لتؤهلهم للعمل , والحد من مشكله العمل التقليدي الذي يحكمه روتين عملي معين ومواكبه الاساليب المتطورة. وتحتاج اي منظمه الي موارد بشريه تودي من خلالها النشاط التي تقوم به , وعليه يجب ان تقوم المؤسسه بتحديد احتياجاتها من اعداد ونوعيات مختلفه من الموارد البشريه بالاضافه الي التحليل الوظيفي وهو عمليه جمع وتحليل وتركيب المعلومات الخاصه بكل وظيفه بغرض التعرف علي كل ما يتعلق بالوظيفه من حيث متطلباتها وخصائصها و طبيعتها واستخدام الطرق العلميه الحديثه المتوفرة في هذا المجال. pl\sql وتم تحليل وتصميم النظام باستخدام اسلوب التوجه نحو الكائنات وتم انشاء قاعده البيانات باستخدام .oracle developer وتم تنفيذها باستخدام Abstract The purpose of this research is to identify the needs of the organization and know how to manage human resources and training people to work for qualified to reduce the problem of traditional work , which is governed by a groove and keep up with sophisticated techniques and any organization needs to take the human resources of which activity undertaken by the institution must identify the number and needs of a wide variety of human resources in addition to function analysis ,a process of collection analysis and installation information for each function in order to identify every respect in terms of job requirement and characteristics and nature and use of modern scientific methods available in the area. The result of this computerized the system was information availability for the high graduate faculty the process for students of enrolment and apply ment had been easy, management coordinate student to know the remaining amount of mony to pay and make the managements can take herry good decision like registered on addition to got out asset of reports for research was solving that problems addition to the information availability and process of enrolment a students toga the degree of master for faculty in neelain university.Item بناء نظام إلكتروني لإستخراج شهادة البحث(2016) علي عبدالله أبكر أدمالملخص يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الحكومة الالكترونية وتطبيقها علي وزارة التخطيط العمراني التي تقوم بتقديم الخدمات الي الموطنين والمؤسسات الحكومية الاخري والقطاعات الخاصة كذلك ومن هنا تبرز اهمية حوسبة الخدمات التي تقدمها الوزارة ، ايضا يهتم البحث بعملية استخراج شهادات البحث وعملية تحويل ملكية الاراضي وتحويل الاغراض وعملية تحويل الاستخدام ، كما يشمل النظام ادارة البيانات الاساسية بالنسبة للاراضي بالاضافة الي التفاعل مع المواطنين او المستفيدين من خلال تقديم معلومات عن القوانين واللوائح والمستجدات وامكانية ارسال طلبات والاستفسار مما يزيد من الشفافية . ويساعد النظام علي التعاون بين الادارات المختلفة في وزارة التخطيط وتبادل المعلومات بشكل مبسط وسهل وأمن . وان التقليل من استخدام الورق والاعتماد علي النظام المحوسب في استخراج الشهادات يسرع و يوحد الاجراءات ، يساعد النظام علي تطبيق مفهوم الحكومة الالكترونية اي حوسبة الخدمات التي تقدم للمواطنين وتتم العملية بصورة دقيقة ، و يساعد النظام للوصول مجتمع المعرفة ويعتبر خطوة نحو حوسبة الخدمات الحكومية ولمواكبة التقدم التقني المتسارع حول العالم وبالاخص الانترنت. تم إستخدام لغة php في برمجة النظام وتم استخدام دوال Mysqli التي تتميز بالسرعة والمرونة وتدعم البرمجة الكائنية ، كما تم استخدام HTML5 التي تتوفر بها العديد من الاضافات التي تتعامل مع الخصائص والمميزات التي تريدها ، إن إستخدام Bootstrap يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد على المصممين أثناء تصميم الصفحات، فكل ما يحتاجه المصمم هو معرفة أسماء الأصناف Classes التي سيتعامل معها لإعطاء التنسيق المناسب للعنصر الذي يستخدمه. بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإطار العمل Bootstrap يجعل التصميم مُناسبًا ومتجاوبًا مع كافة أحجام الشاشات المُختلفة. Abstract This research deals with the concept of E-government and how to apply it in the Ministry of Physical Planning, which is providing services to the citizens and government institutions and other private sectors as well, hence the importance of computing services provided by the ministry, the research also aims to computerized the system of lands certificates, and the process of converting land ownership and transfer purposes and the process of converting the usage of lands, The system also includes basic data management for Lands and interact with citizens or beneficiaries through the provision of information on laws, regulations and developments and the possibility of sending requests and inquire which increases transparency. The system helps and connects between different departments in the Ministry of Planning and exchange information in a simple, easy and secure way. And minimize the use of papers and rely on a computerized system for the certificates of lands ownership speeds and unites measures, the system also helps to apply the concept of E-government any computing services provided to citizens and the process is done accurately, and system helps to reach the knowledge society is a step towards the computerization of government services and to keep pace with technological advances accelerating around the world, especially the internet. Php programming language has been used in programming the system and Mysqli functions was used which is characterized by speed, flexibility and supports object-oriented programming, and also HTML5 that deals with the characteristics and features that you want and the use of Bootstrap saves a lot of time and effort for the designers during the design .All you need is to know the names of the Classes, which will deal with them to give proper coordination of the element that is used. In addition Bootstrap makes appropriate design and responsive to all different screen sizes.Item نظام الحجز الاًلي لشركات الطيران(2016) عبدالعظيم الطيب إدريس بريمةالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الي توفير الوقت لدى العاملين أثناء البحث عن المقاعد الفارغة و تسهيل عملية الحجز لدى الزبائن و إقامة نظام ذو واجهات قوية تدعم النظام القائم لدى شركات الطيران و التوزيع الأوتوماتيكي للمقاعد, تنظيم التقارير للحصول على تقارير واضحة و تحقيق مستويات متعددة من الصلاحيات و الأمنية امكانية الحجز والدفع الإلكتروني و التعديل ومعرفه جداول الرحلات و توفير خدمة العملاء علي مدار اليوم وتكمن المشكلة في الوقت الضائع في عملية البحث عن المقاعد الفارغة والتوزيع العشوائي للمقاعد و تأخير معاملات الحجز لدى الزبائن واجهات النظام لا تمتاز بالرونق والتقارير محدودة وغير واضحة وضعف الأمنية و قلة الصلاحيات. وأهميته في إن الاستخدام الأمثل لتقنية المعلومات وتطبيق مفاهيم التجارة الالكترونية في مجال إدارة الحجز الآلي لشركات الطيران كذلك الاستفادة من مزايا قواعد البيانات الموزعة في الربط بين المراكز المختلفة والإدارة العامة يسهم في إدارة النظام بصورة فعالة بالإضافة إلى تقديم الخدمات للزبائن بأفضل شكل ممكن مع الاستخدام الأمثل للوقت و المال و الجهد وتكمن أهمية البحث في إدارة وتطبيق الحجز الآلي بصورة تحقق السرعة المطلوبة لإنجاز إجراءات العمل بكفاءة عالية وبتكلفة مالية مناسبة, وكذلك دفع ثمن التذاكر بطريقة منظمة وآمنة تتيح للزبون دفع ثمن التذكرة بالطريقة التي تناسبه وفي الوقت المناسب. المنهجية المتبعة هي الاسلوب الكائني في عملية التحليل واستخدام ADF هو عبارة عن مكتبة اكواد برمجية جاهزة للاستخدام تساعد المبرمجين علي اداء البرمجية بسرعة اكبر وجهد اقل جهد مع توفير الاحترافية في العمل ,ADF بالطبع محتاج IDE وهي بنية وهو عبارة عن اكواد جاهذة للاستخدام. واهم النتائج هي الوضوح وسهولة الفهم والاستخدام و الموقع ذات امنية عالية و امكانيات ومزايا اضافية للحجز تتيح للمستخدم امكانية البحث عن الرحلات والحجز و تغير وتعديل في بيانات الحجز و توفير الوقت في البحث عن الرحلات و سهولة العمليات الادارية و تقليل عدد الموظفين و سهولة البحث عن الرحلات. وبعض التوصيات اضافة معلومات ارشادية وسياحية عن جهة الوصول و اضافة دليل شامل عن اهم المدن و المعالم السياحية والاثرية في دولة الوصول و تقديم خدمات اضافية مثل(خدمات حجز الفنادق-ايجار السيارات- تامين السفر- خدمات النقل وشحن البضائع). Abstract . This research aims to save time among workers during the search for empty seats and facilitate the booking process with customers and establish a strong and interfaces to support the existing system with the airlines and the automatic distribution of seats system, the organization reports to get a clear reports and achieve multiple levels of authority and security the possibility of booking and e-payment and the amendment and knowing trips and providing customer service schedules throughout the day The problem lies in the time wasted in the process of searching for empty seats and the random distribution of the seats and booking transactions delay the customers and system interfaces are not characterized Balronq and reports are limited and unclear and security weakness and lack of authority. And its importance in the optimal use of information technology and the application of e-commerce concepts in the field of automated reservation management for airlines as well as benefit from the advantages of distributed databases in the link between the different centers and public administration contributes to the system effective management in addition to providing services to customers the best possible way with the optimal use of time and money and effort lies the importance of research in the management and application of automated reservation in verification speed required to accomplish the work procedures with high efficiency and cost of financial occasion, as well as pay for tickets Organization and secure way that allows the customer to pay for the ticket the way that suits him at the right time. Methodology is the style of Object in the analysis process and the use of ADF is a Beacons library ready for use helps programmers on the performance of the software biggest less effort and effort while providing a professional to work quickly, ADF course needy IDE, a structure which is a codes Jahzh use. The most important results are clear and easy to understand and use, and the site high with security and the possibilities and advantages of extra reserve allows the user to search for flights and booking and change and modify the booking and save time in the search for trips and ease the administrative processes and reduce the number of employees and easily search for flight data . The study tackles the geographical information system according to the concept, technology and applications , then identifying the civil defense , its objectives and fire classification, as the study concluded Khartoum state definition whereas the area and population and the managerial dividing. The study analysis the current system, while the interviews and location analysis, the study found the indicators that clarifying current system damage as centers distribution, determining location of accidence and the arrival to the action. The alternative was to use the area measure and population for distribution centers, and using the maps and the short track technician to get the accidence place. Depending to the results the researcher designed a computerize system for proposed alternatives using (oracle program) to build and control database and (arc gis) for positions or location and maps.
