Item بوابة إلكترونية لخدمات الطالب (النتيجة، الإعلانات)(2017) الاء حسن خليفة عثمانمستخلص البحث تناول البحث موضوع البوابة إلالكترونية لخدمات الطالب (النتيجة، الإعلانات)عبر الهاتف الذكي لكلية إقرا لدراسات الحاسوب بجامعة افريقيا العالمية، وتتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في مشكلة ظهور النتيجة عن طريق الموقع الإلكتروني بصورة عامة ومشكلة ظهور مجموعة من الإعلانات بصورة خاصة، ومن المشاكل أيضا مشكلة الحماية والتكلفة والجهد المبذول، وتم تمكين مدير النظام من التحكم في أضافة وحذف رؤساء الأقسام، وتمكين رؤساء الأقسام من إدخال الإعلانات ونتيجة الطالب؛ وأيضا تمكين كل طالب من الإطلاع علي إعلانات الكلية ونتيجته عن طريق تطبيق الإندرويد بدلاً من الموقع الإلكتروني، مما يؤدي للإستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة ومواكبة العولمة. وتأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية إدخال وإستخراج النتيجة عبر تطبيق الهاتف الذكي ومعالجتها تلقائياً عن طريق قواعد البيانات؛ حيث أصبح إستخراجها عبر التطبيق أمرا في غاية الأهمية لأنها تسهل على الطالب معرفة تفاصيل نتيجته. ومن أهم الأدوات المستخدمة (جهاز الحاسب الإلكتروني، والهاتف المحمول "جهاز أندرويد " ). كما توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: (توفير الوقت والجهد المبذول في عملية البحث بالنسبة للطالب، وتوفير الحماية الكاملة للنتيجة بتوليد سلسلة من الأرقام العشوائية تلقائياً لكلمات المرور، وحمايتها أيضا من الكوارث الطبيعية، لأن معلوماتها غاية في السرية). ومن أهم توصيات هذا البحث هي: (تنفيذ هذا النظام علي أرض الواقع "وخصوصا في كلية إقرا لدراسات الحاسوب"، وضع الحماية اللازمة له، والعمل على تطويره وتطوير أنظمة التقارير فيه)، ويحتوي هذا البحث علي سته فصول رئيسية وداخل كل فصل مجموعة من المباحث. Abstract : The research dealt with the method of entering and extracting electronically the examinations results through the smartphones, for each student in the Faculty of Computer Studies at the University of Africa International, the problem of study the problem of the emergence of the result through the website in general and the problem of protection and cost and effort in particular, Control the addition and deletion of heads of departments, and enable the heads of departments to enter the result of students; and also enable each student to see the result through the application of Android instead of the website, which leads to take advantage of modern technologies and cope with globalization. The importance of the research is the importance of entering and extracting the result through the application of smart phone and processing automatically through the databases; where the extraction through the application is very important because it makes it easier for the student to know the details of the result. Among the most important tools used (computer, mobile phone and "Android device"). The research also found a number of results, the most important of which are: (Save time and effort in the search process for the student, and provide fullprotection of the result by generating a series of random numbersautomatically to passwords, and also protected from naturaldisasters, because the information is very confidential) .The most important recommendations of this research are: (Implementation of this system on the ground, especially in the College of Computer Studies, "the status of protection needed for him, and work on the development and development of reporting systems therein), and this research contains six main chapters and within each chapter a group of detective .Item بناء نظـام الكتروني لإدارة معلومات المعلمين بالتطبيق على وزارة التربية والتعليم بولاية الجزيرة(2017) أحمد الطيب الحاج بابكر الهاديالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء نظام الكتروني لإدارة معلومات المعلمين بولاية الجزيرة في مرحلتي الأساس والثانوي، يقوم بخزن واسترجاع كل بيانات المعلم الشخصية, الرسمية, بيانات الاتصال, بيانات الوظيفة، مؤهلاته العلمية والتربوية, خبراته العملية، ومستوى أدائه في العمل، المواد التي يدرسها، مكان العمل، ترقياته، إجازاته، واستحقاقاته المالية. ويقدم هذا النظام إحصائيات عن المعلمين حسب التخصص أو المدرسة التي يتبعون لها أو الشعبة التي ينتمون اليها. كذلك يوفر النظام معلومات دقيقة ومحدثة وآمنة وبكفاءة عالية لمتخذي القرار في إدارات الإشراف التربوي ، مما يساهم في دعم العملية التعليمية بالتوزيع الصحيح للمعلمين حسب تخصصاتهم وخبراتهم التعليمية. ومعلومات عن الوظائف المخصصة للمعلمين وتحديد الشاغرة والمشغولة منها، مما يساعد في تحديد عدد المعلمين الذين يمكن تعينهم في هذه الوظائف وتحديد التخصصات التي نحتاجها اعتمادا على بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة من قاعدة البيانات. وفيما يخص المعلم من حقوق فان النظام يضمن ترشيح المعلم للترقية عند تاريخ استحقاقه للترقي للدرجة الأعلى بسهولة فائقة، مما يجعله مطمئنا على حقوقه الوظيفية متفرغاً ومنشغلاً بأداء رسالته التعليمية. بهذا نكون قد أوجدنا حلاً عملياً لمشكلة تأخر الترقيات وما يترتب عليها من حرمان من الحقوق المالية. كما أن بالنظام مرونة تستوعب بيانات الوظائف الأخرى، وتستوعب التغير في السلم التعليمي. Abstract The purpose of this research is to build an electronic information management system for teachers in the state of Al-Jazeera in the basic and secondary stages, to store and retrieve all the teacher's personal data, official data, communication data, job data, scientific and educational qualifications, practical experience and level of performance at work, Work, promotions, vacations, and financial benefits. This system provides statistics on teachers according to their specializations or school they belong to or the section to which they belong. The system also provides accurate, up-to-date, safe and high-quality information for decision-makers in the educational supervision departments, thus contributing to supporting the educational process by right distributing the teachers according to their specialization and educational experience. also Information that offers by system on the jobs assigned to teachers and the identification of vacant and occupied ones, helps in determining the number of teachers who can be recruited in these jobs and identify the disciplines that we need based on accurate and up-to-date data from the database. With regard to the rights of teacher, the system ensures the nomination of the teacher to upgrade at the due date to upgrade to the top degree very easily, which makes him reassured on his rights full-time and engaged in the performance of his educational mission. We have thus created a practical solution to the problem of delayed promotions and the consequent deprivation of financial rights. The system also has flexibility to accommodate other job data, and accommodates change in the educational ladder.Item إستكشاف أنماط مؤثرة علي سرعة فصل القضايا في المحاكم السودانية بإستخدام تقنيات العنقدة وقواعد الترابط(2017) محمد سليمان ابراهيم سليمانمستخلص البحث تنقيب البيانات تستطيع ايجاد الية قادرة علي دراسة العوامل التي تلعب دورا في القضايا من اجل الربط وتحديد مدي العلاقة بينها واهميتها ،يهدف هذا البحث لإستخدام العنقدة والترابط للوصول لنتائج وقواعد جيدة في اسباب تاخر فصل القضايا والوصول الي نسبة تحصيل ممتازة . استخدمنا في هذا البحث خوارزمية( k-means )وهي خوارزمية العنقدة الواسعة الاستخدام وكذلك استخدمنا خوارزمية( Aproiri )في عملية الترابط وذلك باستخدام بيانات تحصلنا عليها من ادارة الاحصاء بالجهاز القضائي الخرطوم للحصول علي افضل عنقدة وقواعد ترابط .أظهرت معلومات جديدة وقيمة ، اختتم هذا البحث بعدد من التوصيات التي يمكن ان تساعد في اظهار معلومات جديدة وذلك بإضافة بيانات جديدة او استخدام خوارزميات عنقدة وترابط اخري غير المستخدمة في هذا البحث . Abstract data mining stage which enables us to smart study of factors that play roles in course of case and find its inter-relations and importance for separation , this research aims to use the cluster and Association Rules e to access the results and good rules in the reasons for the delay of the separation of cases and access to an excellent collection rate. In this research we used the k-means algorithm, the widely used clustering algorithm, and also used the Aproiri algorithm Association Rules using data obtained from the statistical department of the Khartoum judiciary to obtain the best approximations and rules. New and valuable information has been presented. This research concludes with a number of recommendations that can help to show new information by adding new data or using complex algorithms and other links not used in this research.Item تطوير موقع وتطبيق للوحة اعلانات الجامعة عبر الهواتف الذكية(2017) شيماء أحمد عبدالعزيز عبداللهالمستخلص إن التطور الهائل في مجال التكنولوجيا أدى إلى إنتاج تقنيات جديدة ومتعددة ومكاملتها مع بعضها البعض لتعمل كمنظومة واحدة لتحقيق غاية وأهداف ، تعتبر الإعلانات الإلكترونية أحد المجالات التي تم تسخير هذه التقنيات لخدمتها. تعتبر لوحة الإعلانات أحد الركائز الأساسية في النظام الجامعي وهي الدليل لجميع الطلاب للإلمام بجميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالأقسام التي ينتمون إليها ،وقد أسهمت هذه التقنيات بتقليل الوقت والجهد ، وتعتبر تقنيات الإنترنت من أهم التقنيات الحديثة التي تتيح للمستخدمين الوصول للمعلومات والمتطلبات التي هم بحوجة لها. إن محتويات البورد الإلكتروني لا تختلف كثيرا عن محتويات البورد التقليدي الذي يتوفر لدى الجامعة ، فمن خلال الموقع أو التطبيق بإمكان الطالب الوصول للمعلومة بسرعة دون إجهاد بدني وإهدار وقت. تتمثل مشكلة البحث الأساسية في صعوبة حصول الطالب على إعلانات الكلية فور صدور الإعلان من القسم وكذلك إنعدام الأمنية للإعلانات. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير موقع إنترنت وتطبيق للهاتف الجوال يعمل بنظام أندرويد . اتبع البحث منهجية الوصف التحليلي مع تحليل النظم عبر دورة حياة تطوير النظم. تم تطوير موقع الإنترنت وتم تصميم تطبيق أندرويد يمكن من خلاله متابعة إعلانات لوحة إعلانات الكلية من قبل الطلاب بصورة سلسة وسريعة وإدارتها عن طريق مدير الموقع. تم إستخدام لغة PHP لتوير الموقع وتم إستخدام أندرويد أستديو لتطوير تطبيق الهاتف تم التوصل إلى نتائج أهمها تطوير موقع إنترنت لنظام الإعلانات وتصميم تطبيق واضح وسهل الإستخدام وذو كفاءة عالية في الحصول على المعلومات. أهم التوصيات توفير التطبيق للطلاب وبناء التطبيق بالإستناد إلى نظم تشغيل أخرى Abstract The development in technology has led production of new techniques and methods, and multiple integration with each other to work as single system to achieve very specific goals , the electronic bulletin is one of the areas that have been harness these technologies in this service. The bulletin board is one of the main pillars of the university system. It is the guide for all students to know all the information related to the departments they belong to. These techniques have contributed to reducing time and effort. Internet technologies are the most advanced technologies that allow users access to the information and requirements they need. The contents of the electronic board are not very different from the contents of the traditional board available to the university, through the site can access the student quickly without physical stress and waste time. The main problem in the research is student facing difficulty get college advertisement immediately after publish it. The research aims to develop which can follow billboard college bulletin by student smooth and fast , and it's managed by the application manager. The result in the design of application obvious and easy to use and highly efficient access to information.Item تطوير نظام حسابات إلكتروني لمشروع القرير الزراعي(2017) دحية محمد خضر حسنمستخلص البحث يتلخص البحث في تطوير نظام حسابات التحصيل الزراعي والمطبق على مشروع القرير الزراعي والذي كانت تتم فيه كل الاجراءات بصورة يدوية مما جعلها تواجه العديد من المشاكل مثل التكرار والتعقيد والأخطاء والبطء وغيرها من الأخطاء المتمثلة في عيوب الأنظمة التقليدية ، هذا النظام يحوسب جميع الإجراءات من تحصيل ضريبة مياة المزارعين وتحصيل الواردات الاخرى والمنصرفات وكل العمليات المحاسبية في المؤوسسة . تم التحليل باستخدام ادوات تحليل البيانات (مخطط تدفق البيانات (Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) . تمت برمجة النظام بلغة فجول بيسك (Microsoft visual basic ( وباستخدام قاعدة بيانات من نوع ) Microsoft SQL Server ( . وبحوسبة النظام تم تنظيم العمل داخل المؤسسة بعد توفير قاعدة بيانات مما يسهل مهام متابعة التحصيل وذلك بتوفير تقارير شاملة ودقيقة تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات المثلى بعد الوقوف على الوضع الراهن بكل دقة ووضوح . تمت حماية النظام بجعل النظام في بيئة محلية إضافة لتوعية وإرشاد المستخدم بقواعد سرية وسلامة كلمة السر واستمرار عملية النسخ الاحتياطي للبيانات . Abstract The research is concerned with the development of the agricultural collection accounts system, which is applied to the agricultural project, where all the procedures were done manually, which faced many problems such as repetition, complexity, errors, slowness and other errors of defects of traditional systems. This system calculates all procedures of collecting water tax Farmers, collection of other imports, disbursements and all accounting operations in the institution. The analysis was carried out using data analysis tools (DFD), the data flow diagrams (DFD), the system was programmed in Microsoft visual basic and using a Microsoft SQL Server database. The system is protected by making the system centralized in a local environment, in addition to inform the user about the secret rules, the safety of the password and the continuous process of data backup.Item (Open ERP) نظام أرشفة وإدارة الوثائق بإستخدام(2017) أمجاد السر الجيلاني عليالمستخلص تعد مواكبة التطورات المتلاحقة في تقنيات المعلومات والتعامل معها بكفاءة ومرونة من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات ،وبالتالي نمت فكرةالبحث لتتناول مكتب مدير عام وزارةالثقافة والإعلام والسياحة بولاية الخرطوم كدراسة حالة ومن ثم تطويرنظام أرشفة و إدارة للوثائق والملفات لتسهيل وتسريع عملية الوصول لأي مستند بواسطة الأشخاص المصرح لهم في أي وقت، في أي مكان وعلى أي جهاز. النظام المطور مبني على الويبليحل محل تطبيقات سطح المكتب بتطبيقات الويب الغنية. في النظام تم تطبيق مفهوم إعادة الإستخدام في البرمجيات بإعادة تطوير (Open ERP) أو (Odoo) واستخدامه لحل مشكلة الوصول إلى محتوى المستند وكذلك مشكلة تعقيد واختلاف برمجيات الوثائق والمستندات ذات الإمتدادات المختلفه مثل (PDF، JPG، PNG ) الخ .. ، التي تعمل بطرق مختلفة بشكل كبير. تم تطوير نظام أرشفة وإدارة الوثائق لمكتب مدير عام الوزارة بحيث يدعم نوع وثيقة ExcelMicrosoft ،) Microsoft Word، PDF،.( Images هذا النظام سيمكن المستخدم من أرشفة وإدارة المستندات والوثائق داخل متصفح الويب ودون أي دعم تثبيت فقط المتطلبات الوحيدة هي وجود اتصال بالمخدم ومتصفح الإنترنت. ABSTRACT Longer keep up with the rapid developments in information technology and deal with them efficiently and flexibility of the most important challenges facing the institutions, so the idea of research to address the Office of the Manager of ministry of Culture and Information in Khartoum state as case study and then develop the system archiving and management of documents and files to facilitate and speed up access to any document by authorized persons at anytime, anyplace on any device. The system developed makes use of rich web technology to replace desktop application with rich web application. The system shares the advantage of both web application and desktop application. In the system it has been applying the concept of software reuse for (Open ERP) for solving the problem of access to content of the document and complexity of various software packages like PDF, JPG, and PNG etc... , which work in the way differ dramatically. It was developed archiving and document management system for the Office of the manager on the web. The built-in document type supports are Microsoft Word, PDF, and Images. This system enable user to manage document within the web browser and without any support installed. In other word, the only requirements are connection to server and a web browser.Item تطوير نظام محوسب لمستشفى الأسنان(2017) ابراهيم حمزة ابراهيم المدنيالمستخلص يهتم هذا البحث بتصميم نظام إدارة مستشفى يختص بمستشفي السلاح الطبي قسم الاسنان,يسمح لجميع المستخدمين بالدخول إلي النظام واجراء المقابلات والحجز مع جميع الاطباء المتوفرين لدي المستشفى السلاح الطبي إستخدام الباحث لغة البرمجة الكائنية جافا المتخصصة في تصميم الانظمة الكبيرة الخاصة بإدارة المستشفيات ونظام قواعد البيانات العلائقية . ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث هي:- النظام المحوسب افضل من التعامل مع الاجراءات الطبية في المستشفى , تودي المستشفيات دوراً مهما في الرعاية الصحية . ومن اهم التوصيات التي يوصي بها الباحث هي العمل علي بناء منظومة صحية الإلكترونية متكاملة علي المستوي المحلي التي تضمن تبادل المعلومات بين المستشفيات وشتي المراكز الصحية الوطنية الموحدة ,وذلك سوف يدفع من قيمة الخدمات الصحية ككل وسيقدم خدمة صحية اكتر تميزاً لكل مريض, ويزيد من الكفاءة الإدارية ويقلل من إستخدام الوسائل التقليدية كالوراق Abstract This research is concerned with the design of a hospital management system for the Medical crops dental department, which allows all users to access the system interviews and book with all physicians available at Medical weapons hospital. The researcher uses the Java programming language specialized in the design of large systems for hospital management and relational database system. One of the most important findings of the researcher are:- The computerized system is better than dealing with medical procedures in the hospital, hospitals are taking an important role in health care. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher is to build an integrated e-health system at the local level that ensures the exchange of information between hospitals and the various national unified health centres. The most important recommendations: - Directing researchers to conduct many of the research in this direction. - The need to apply a participatory system of the sources of information between libraries of all university libraries and otherItem بناء نظام الإلكترونى للتسويق فى الاذاعات بالتطبيق علي راديوا الرابعه(2014) هشام محمد الشفيع محمدItem تصميم نظام تسويق إلكترونى تفاعلى لعمليات بيع وشراء وإستئجار السيارات في السودان(2016) مهاد عبد القادر مدثر محمد صالحالمستخلص يدور محور هذه البحث حول حل مشكلة عرض السيارت بطريقة تقليدية كما يحاول البحث حل مشكلة الشراء التقليدي الذي يتطلب حضور الذبون الي المحل التجاري، فقد حاول البحث تطبيق مفهوم التسويق الالكترونى للسيارات ومدى امكانيه التطبيق على التخلص من كثرة الاجراءات وبطء وطول الاجراءات التقليديه وذيادة التكلفه والوقت فى عمليات البيع والشراء والايجار التقليدي الذي يعتمد علي ذهاب الشخص بنفسه إلي الموقع التجارى. ويهدف هذا البحث لتصميم نظام تسويق إلكترونى تفاعلي لعمليات بيع وشراء وإستئجار السيارات في السودان بامكانية التعرف علي كل السيارات المعروضة بشكل متسلسل بكل تفاصيلها من الشركة المصنعة و النوع والموديل وغيره لكى تتم عملية التسويق من شراء وبيع وايجار بسهوله وباقل وقت وجهد. المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو الوصفي حيث يقوم بوصف كل عنصر من عناصر النظام بصوره تفصيلية كما تم استخدم لغة التحليل الكائنى UML فى التحليل التى تعطى وصفا تفصيليا للكينونات وخصائصها وعلاقاتها.وكذلك من الأدوات المستخدمة في البحث لتصميم النظام باستخدام مجموعة من اللغات وهى PHP,HTML وتم ربطهما مع قاعده بيانات MYSQL . توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج اهمها التخلص من كثرة الاجراءات وبطئها وزيادة التكلفه والوقت فى عمليات البيع والشراء والايجار التقليدي مما سهل عمليه التسوق. بالاضافة الي امكانيه حصول العملاء على السياره التى يريدونها بالمواصفات المطلوبه والبحث عنها من غير حدود مكانيه وزمانيه، و امكانيه اضافه سيارات للموقع لعرضها للعملاء على حسب شروط ومواصفات مالكين السيارات بعرض بياناتهم للتواصل مع العملاء لاتمام الإجراءات بسهوله. هناك العديد من التوصيات مثل اضافة التعامل مع البطاقه الائتمانيه او البنوك لكى يسهل من التعامل التقليدى فى التعاملات الماليه بين المالك والعميل، و تطوير التطبيق بحيث يتماشي ويدعم نظام الاندرويد علي الهواتف النقالة وتطويره كذلك باستخدام المفاهيم الحديثه لتقانه المعلومات مثل منصات الحوسبه السحابيه. Abstract This research focusing on solving the problem of display cars in a traditional way as research tries to solve the traditional problem which requires the presence of customer to the business, the research is implementing the concept of e-marketing for the car and the possibility of application to get rid of the large number of procedures, slow pace, long conventional procedures, cost and time in buying and selling traditional and rent, which depends on the person himself go to the business location operations. The objective of this research is to designs an electronic system for the interactive processes for buying, selling and rental cars in Sudan, the possibility of identify all the cars displayed in sequence every detail in order to be the marketing process of buying, selling and rent easily within short time and effort. The methodology of this researcher is a descriptive approach where the description of each component of the system has also been detailed in the UML, which gives a detailed description of entities and their properties and relations. Moreover, the tools that used in this research for the designing the system using PHP, HTML has been linked with MYSQL database. The results showed slow pace and length of the procedures and increase the cost and time in buying and selling traditional and rent processes which facilitated the process of shopping. The potential customers get the car they want, required specifications and search for them anytime and anywhere. In addition, the ability to add cars to the site for display to customers according to the terms and specifications of the car owners display their data to connect with customers to complete procedures easily. The recommendations of this research, to apply the capacity to deal with the credit card or bank in order to facilitate the deal in the traditional financial transactions between the owner and the customer, also can develop the application that in line and supports Android system for mobile phones. Finally, use of modern concepts of information technology platforms such as cloud computing to develop the system.
