Item بناء نظام الكتروني لنظام الرعاية االصحية لتطبيق مفهوم قواعد البيانات الموزعة (دراسة حالة المركز القومي لأمراض وجراحة الكلى)(جامعة النيلين, 2019-03) إكرام أحمد محمد أحمدملخص البحث باللغة العربية لما كان الإنسان يمثل أغلى قيمة خلقها الله سبحانه وتعالى على وجه الأرض وسخرها له بات من المؤكد أن صحة الإنسان وسلامته تعد من أهم ضرورات حياته، وفي ظل التطور الهائل في تكنولوجيا المعلومات كان لابد من إستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا لتوفير الرعاية الصحية للمرضى وزيادة كفاءة العاملين في القطاع الصحي ، ومع ارتفاع اعداد المصابين بالفشل الكلوي في السودان نشأت فكرة تطوير نظام رعاية مرضى الفشل الكلوي التقليدي إلى نظام محوسب وربط المركز القومي الرئيسي لرعاية مرضى الكلى بالمراكز الموزعة في العاصمة لتسهيل التعامل بين المراكز المتعددة في ولاية الخرطوم . يهدف البحث الى تحسين رعاية مرضى الفشل الكلوي وتوفير الوقت والجهد، والتوصل للامراض المسببة لمرض الفشل الكلوي والحد من انتشاره. تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم ربط المركز الرئيسي لأمراض وجراحة الكلى بمراكزه الموزعة في ولاية الخرطوم ممايؤدي لصعوبة الحصول علي التقارير الفورية والدقيقة مما يوثر على سير العمل وإلحاق الضرر بالمريض و تدهور صحته وقد يزداد الأمر سوءاً ويفقد حياته استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي والمنهج العلمي التطبيقي، حيث تم إستخدام اسلوب التحليل والتصميم الكائني لتحليل وتصميم النظام المحوسب. ونتج عن البحث التواكب المعلوماتي والتقني و الإرتقاء بالمؤسسة الصحية وتوفير الراحة للمريض وتقديم الخدمات له في اقل وقت وباقل جهد. اوصت الدراسة بتدريب المستخدمين على كيفية استخدام النظام وفهمه فهماً جيداً والصيانة الدورية للنظام وإستخدام مفاهيم تنقيب البيانات للتنبوء بالاصابة بالفشل الكلوي. )Abstractملخص البحث باللغة الإنجليزية ( Since human beings represent the most precious value created by God Almighty on earth and ridiculed him, it is certain that human health and safety is one of the most important necessities of his life. In light of the tremendous development in information technology, this technology has to be used to provide health care for patients and increase the efficiency of workers in the sector With the increase in the number of people with renal failure in Sudan, the idea of developing a system for the care of patients with traditional renal failure has developed into a computerized system and linking the main national center for the care of kidney patients with the centers distributed in the capital to facilitate the interaction between the multiple centers in the state of Khartoum. The research aims to improve the care of kidney failure patients and save time and effort, and to reach diseases causing renal failure and reduce the spread of the disease. The research problem lies in not linking the main center for kidney diseases and surgery to its centers distributed in Khartoum state, which leads to difficulty in obtaining immediate and accurate reports, which affects the work progress and harm the patient and deteriorate his health and may get worse and lose his life The research used the descriptive, analytical, and applied scientific approaches. The object analysis and design method was used to analyze and design the computerized system. As a result of the research and information technology and the upgrading of the health institution and provide comfort to the patient and provide services to him in the least time and with the least effort. The study recommended the training of users on how to use the system and understand it well and periodic maintenance of the system and the use of data mining concepts to predict kidney failure.Item بناء نظام إلكتروني لمخاطر غسيل الأموال عبر تحويل الرصيد(جامعة النيلين, 2019-10) عبير ياسر حامد عبدالمولىالمستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصرا هاما وموردا استراتيجيا تعتمد عليه المؤسسات في الواجهة التنافسية مع المؤسسات الأخرى وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعد متخذ القرار فيها على اتخاذ القرارات بالسرعة العالية والدقة والجودة المطلوبة وخاصة بما يتعلق بمجال مكآفحة غسيل الأموال التي تتم من خلال عملية تحويل الرصيد عبر شركات الإتصالات تكمن المشكلة في صعوبة إدارة مخاطر غسيل الأموال في مجال تحويل الرصيد من خلال شركات الإتصالات وعدم القدرة على التحكم في الأموال عبر الوكلاء وصعوبة مراقبة حسابات الوكلاء في البنوك لإكتشاف عمليات غسيل الأموال. يهدف البحث إلى بناء نظام إلكتروني متكامل يربط شركات الإتصالات مع البنوك بواسطة حسابات الوكلاء بحيث يمكن مراقبة عمليات شراء وتحويل الرصيد وبالتالي مكآفحة عملية غسيل الأموال تم إستخدام العلمي التطبيقي بإستخدام مناهج تحليل وتصميم النظام وإستخدام لغة (UML) في رسم المخططات واستخدام لغة (PHP) في برمجة النظام. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن إستخدام النظام الجديد يساهم في عملية مكآفحة غسيل الأموال ومراقبة عمليات تحويل الرصيد من الوكلاء عبر شركات الإتصالات . ومن أهم التوصيات هي عملية ربط النظام بتطبيق أنرويد يسهل من عملية تحويل ومراقبة الرصيد للوكلاء دون الحوجة للدخول إلى النظام. Abstract Information is an important element and a strategic resource on which institutions depend on the competitive interface with other institutions. This is based on an information system that helps the decision maker to make decisions with the high speed, accuracy and quality required, especially with regard to the field of money laundering. The problem lies in the difficulty of managing the risks of money laundering in the area of balance transfer through telecommunications companies and the inability to control money through agents And the difficulty of monitoring the accounts of agents in banks to detect money laundering operations. The research aims to build an integrated electronic system that connects telecom companies with banks through agent accounts so that they can monitor purchases and balance transfers and thus combat money laundering. The descriptive approach was used in the analysis process, UML languages were used in drawing the diagrams, and web design languages were used to create the system. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the use of the new system contributes to the process of combating money laundering and monitoring the balance transfers from agents through telecom companies. One of the most important recommendations is the process of linking the system to the application of Android that facilitates the process of transfer and control of the balance of agents without the need to enter the system.
