Item بناء نظام إلكتروني لنتيجة الأســــــــــــــاس واستكشاف المعرفة لدعم القرار التعليمي بالتطبيق علي ( قسم القياس والتقويم التربوي بوزارة التربية والتعليم لولاية غرب دارفور )(جامعة النيلين, 2017) جمال محمد عبدالله مهديالمستخلص يعالج هذا البحث المشاكل التي يعانيها نظام عرض نتيجة الاساس بوزارة التربية والتعليم لولاية غرب دارفور لقسم القياس والتقويم التربوي، حيث انه نظام يدوي ، لقد تم الوقوف على عدد من المشاكل منها البطئ في سير عمل الاجراءات، تفتقد السرية والامان، زيادة التكاليف المادية، قصور في دعم قرارات القياس والتقويم التربوي. يهدف البحث في بناء نظام الكتروني له قدره على تلبية متطلبات النتيجة المختلفة والحصول على اقتراحات لدعم قرارات القياس والتقويم التربوي . اتبع البحث الأسلوب العلمي التطبيقي واساليب تحليل وتصميم النظم وفق المنهجية الكائنية ، وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات الشخصية واخذ عينات من المستندات المتداولة والملاحظة كما تم استخدم أداة النمذجة الموحدة UML في عملية التحليل وقواعد بيانـــــات Orcale11g وتـــم تصميم الواجهـات على بيئة تطوير اعمال جافا J Developer - ADF Application Development Framework ونظام تشغيــل النوافذ Windows 7 ، كما استخدم أداة Weka في التنقيب عن بيانات الامتحانات الشهرية. من أهم النتائج التى خلصت اليها الدراسة هي بناء نظام الكتروني لعمليات النتيجة ، قلة التكاليف المادية والجهد والوقت ، توفيــر السرية والأمان ، استكشاف مؤشرات مؤثرة من خلال نتائج الامتحانات الشهرية لدعم القرارت التعليمية . Abstract This study deals with the results system of Basic School at Ministry of Education, Department of Measurement & Evaluation of West Darfur State as it is a manual system, has been identified a number of problems, including slow in the process of procedures, lack of confidentiality and safety, increasing material costs, lack of supporting educational measurement and evaluation decisions. The research aims to build an electronic system capable of meeting the different outcome requirements and obtaining suggestions to support educational measurement and evaluation decisions. The research followed the applied scientific method, the analysis and design of the systems basis according to entity methodology. The data were collected through personal interviews, sampling of the documents and observations. The system used UML at analysis process and Orcale11g databases. The interfaces were designed on by J Developer - ADF under Windows 7 operating system, it also used Weka Data Minig tool to explore monthly exam data. The main study results is to construction of an electronic results system inorder to void the lack of material costs, effort and time, provision of confidentiality and safety, exploration of influential indicators through the results among monthly examinations to support educational decisions.Item نظام التعلم الالكتروني المتزامن : بالتطبيق علي جامعة السودان المفتوحة(جامعة النيلين, 2015-06) الامين ادم ادريس ابكرAbstract“ This Research aims to build a Synchronous E-learning System for the Faculty of Computeri Sciences and Information Technology, EL-Neelain University as the e-learning concept] provides additional dimensions to the learning process, and there is a wide range off applications and options which can be used to convey the information through e-learning’i techniques. It was necessary to make this study to overcome some of the problems with the old| traditional system , the problems of the traditional system are as follow, the limited capacity l of studying halls in comparison with the significant increase in the number of students as well CL|-o- as the lack of appropriate environment for some disabled learners which have special needs and people who have part time jobs it was hard to coupe up with working and studying a same time, where we assume that the proposed system (synchronous e-learning system) an which is often accompanied by different techniques of live conversations, but they require of I the student and the teacher at the same time regardless of their place, as they can access the system from anywhere through the internet and interact with each other in synch, the proposed system could work side-by-side with the traditional system and support. The Proposed system in turn provides effective solutions to the problems mentioned earlier smoothly through its beautiful GUls which are friendly and suits everyone. By implementing the proposed system we reached these results, the proposed system has solved the different problems like the limited capacity of studying halls via (Virtual Classrooms) and (Video Conferencing) as well as the fact that it's a good choice for disabled students and the people with part time jobsas they can communicate and receive lectures from anywhere simultaneously.
