Item استخدام تقنيات التنقيب عن بيانات مرضى الفشل الكلوى (دراسة حالة مستشفي أحمد قاسم )(2017) الشاذلية عبدالله أحمدالمستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث لحل إحدى المشاكل التى يعانى منها الأطباء و هى مشكلة تشخيص أمراض الفشل الكلوي كما أنه توجد بيانات ضخمة دون الإستفادة منها ,لذا جاء هذا البحث لحل هذه المشكلة بالإضافة إلى مساعدة الأطباء لإتخاذ القرار الصحيح وتقليل نسبة الاصابة بالمرض. اجريت هذه الدراسة بمستشفي احمد قاسم بالخرطوم بحري وشملت 1000مريضاً منهم (590) من الرجال و(409) من النساء و تتراوح اعمارهم من 30 الي 70 سنة. تم استخدام اثنين من تقنيات التنقيب عن البيانات في تحليل بيانات مرضي الفشل الكلوي وهي تنقنية التصنيف ومنه خورازمية J48 وتقنية العنقدة ومنها خوارزمية K-means ولتنفيذ ذلك تم استخدام برنامجي ال wekaو ال ORANGE. خلصت الدراسة الي نتائج مهمة تتمثل في ان الفئة العمرية والحالة الاجتماعية لها علاقة بمرض الفشل الكلوى. Abstract This research aims to solve one of the problems experienced by doctors which is the problem of diagnosis of Kidney failure diseases. And there is huge data without benefit, so this research came to solve this problem in addition to helping doctors to make the right decision and reduce the incidence of the disease. This study was conducted at Ahmed Kassem Hospital in Khartoum, with 1,000 patients including 590 men and 409 women aged between 30 and 70 years. Two data mining techniques were used to analyze the data of renal failure patients, namely the classification technology, including the J48 algorithm and the clustering technique, including the K-Mean algorithm To implement this, the Weka and ORANGE programs were used. The study concluded that the age group and the social situation were related to kidney failure.
