Abstract
Solar panels are usually installed at exposed fields which permit solar arrays to reach it, but at the same time this situation makes them easily subjected to theft. Causing a great loss annually, stoppage of water pumping in these areas could cause severe water crisis, health problems and tribal conflicts in those areas. The Alarm system is based on motion detector which consists of An alarm circuit that produces a strong alarm sounds.. and SIM card to send a voice message and a photo to the director of the station using a motion detector which operates according to data.
The Mu-PIC Atmega 16 have been programmed with BASIC programming language, we have try to solve this problem by building a low cost economically and high improvement with fuel less energy consumption system may increase solar panel security at any facility or at home.

في العصر الحديث اصبحت الالواح الشمسية هي الاكثر استخداما في توليد الطاقة الكهربية وعادة تكون موضوعة في اماكن مكشوفة مما يجعلها عرضة للسرقة ولتفادي تلك المشكلة تم تصميم دائرة حماية تربط مع الالواح الشمسية بحيث تقوم باطلاق انذار عند لمسها او الاقتراب منها. كما تم استخدام GSM يقوم للربط بين النظام والمستخدم بحيث يرسل للمستخدم رسالة في حالة وجود خرق للنظام.
