    بناء نظام إلكتروني للقائمة الموحدة للأمراض المعدية

    المستخلص تمثل تقنيات الويب الحديثة عنصراً مهما تعتمد عليه المؤسسات الصحية في عملية إدارة البيانات وحل المشاكل التي تعاني منها . ومن هذه المشاكل هي صعوبة التحقق من صحة المرضى وخلوهم من الأمراض المعدية وكذلك عملية الفحص وتشخيص الأمراض ومشاركة هذه البيانات مع جميع المؤسسات الطبية ، ويهدف البحث إلى تصميم موقع إلكتروني يساعد في عملية تشخيص الأمراض المعدية وتصميم قائمة موحدة تضم كل المصابين بالأمراض المعدية وتكون متاحة لكل المؤسسات الصحية ، حيث تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) في تحليل النظام واستخدام لغة PHP وHTML في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام وقواعد البيانات من نوع MYSQL وقد تم الحصول على عده نتائج من أهمها ان النظام مكن من عملية تشخيص الأمراض المعدية ومشاركة البيانات مع جميع المؤسسات الصحية حيث ساهم في حماية الكادر الطبي ، ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي ربط الموقع من خلال تطبيق أندرويد يستطيع المريض من خلاله التحقق من سلامة المرضى ومتابعة النتيجة من خلاله . Abstract Modern web technologies represent an important element on which health institutions depend in the process of data management and solving the problems they suffer from. Among these problems is the difficulty of verifying the health of patients and their freedom from infectious diseases, as well as the process of examination and diagnosis of diseases and sharing this data with all medical institutions. Health, where the Unified modelling language (UML) was used in the analysis of the system and the use of PHP and HTML in the design and implementation of the system and databases of MYSQL type. Protecting the medical staff, and one of the recommendations that came out of the research is to link the site through an Android application through which the patient can verify the safety of patients and follow up the result through it.

    بناء نظام الكتروني لإدارة المشتريات والمبيعات والمخازن دراسة حالة (شركة الزمزمي للمعدات الطبية)

    المستخلص تمثل التقنيات الحديثة ومانبع جراء ثورة المعلومات الهائلة التي يعيشها عالمنا الحالي نبض الحياة وكما هو معلوم بان الحاسب الألي هو أهم تلك التقنيات التي ساعدت على إنجاز الأعمال بسرعة ودقة فائقة . تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن النظام الحالي المتبع في شركة الزمزمي للمستهلكات الطبية تواجهه عدة معوقات في إستخدام النظام تتمثل في عدم توفر الدقه والسرعة لإسترجاع البيانات المطلوبة وفقدان الملفات أحياناً بواسطة التلف والتأكل أو ضياعها، مع الحاجه لحيز كبير للتخزين. يهدف البحث الي تحليل وتصميم نظام مُحوسب لشركة الزمزمي للمستهلكات الطبية لتقليل الوقت والجهد والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الشركة، والدقة والكفاءة في استرجاع البيانات وتلافي الأخطاء اليدوية التي قد تحدث، والاحتفاظ بالبيانات وسرعة الوصول اليها و تحديثها و إسترجاعها في حالة الفقدان. يتبع البحث المنهج العلمي التحليلي وذلك لتحليل النظام اليدوي واستخدام منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم في تنفيذ الدراسة العملية. تم استخدام لغة البرمجة جافا لما توفره من حماية عالية وسرعة في التنفيذ مقارنة بنظيراتها من لغات البرمجة الاخرى، اُستخدمت قاعدة بيانات “MySQL” نسبة لتوافقها الكبير مع لغة البرمجة المستخدمة وإمكانية حفظ أكبر عدد ممكن من السجلات فيها. نتيجة لإستخدام النظام المُحوسب توصل الباحث إلى تسهيل الحصول على البيانات التي يحتاجها الموظف وتنظيم وتسجيل البيانات باقل جهد واقل تكلفه وتوفير الحماية اللازمه للبيانات لتكون محصنه وغير معرضه للفقدان او التلف كما يساهم النظام في حفظ بيانات العملاء وتامينها. كما خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من‬ Abstract Modern technologies and the source of the huge information revolution experienced by our current world represent the pulse of life, and as it is known that the computer is the most important of those technologies that helped to complete work quickly and accurately. The research problem was that the current system used by the Zamzami Company for Medical Consumers faces several obstacles in using the system, which are the lack of accuracy and speed to retrieve the required data and the loss of files sometimes through damage, corrosion or loss, with the need for a large space for storage. The research aims to analyse and design a computerized system for Al-Zamzami Company for medical consumables to reduce time and effort, maintain the confidentiality of the company's data, accuracy and efficiency in retrieving data, avoid manual errors that may occur, and retain data and quickly access it, update and retrieve it in case of loss. The research follows the analytical scientific method in order to analyse the manual system and use the systems analysis and design methodology in implementing the practical study. The Java programming language was used because of its high protection and speed of implementation compared to its counterparts from other programming languages. The “MySQL” database was used due to its great compatibility with the programming language used and the ability to save the largest possible number of records in it. As a result of using the computerized system, the researcher reached to facilitate obtaining the data needed by the employee, organizing and recording data with the least effort and cost, and providing the necessary protection for the data to be immune and not exposed to loss or damage. The system also contributes to saving and securing customer data. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is develop an Android application to facilitate the management process.
