Item دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية في مشروعات ريادة الأعمال )بالتطبيق على المشروعات الصغيرة - ولاية الخرطوم 2014-2019م)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) لمياء محمد الحسن احمد عبداللهالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الاقتصادية في المشروعات الصغيرة وهي دراسة تطبيقية علي المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية بولاية الخرطوم في الفترة من (2014م - 2019م )، وهدفت الدراسة الي التعرف علي مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الاقتصادية التى تؤثرعلى المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، ومن ثم صياغة النتائج والتوصيات التي تخدم أغراض البحث وتؤدى الى تطوير تلك المشروعات، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس: ما هو دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية فى مشروعات ريادة الأعمال لدى أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة الريادية عينة البحث؟ الذي تفرعت منه الأسئلة التالية: ما هو دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات الإجور) علي إستقطاب العاملين في المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية؟، ما هو دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات التضخم) علي حجم تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية؟، ما هو دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات الضرائب) علي إنتاج المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية؟، ماهو دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات سعرالصرف) علي تسويق منتجات المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية؟. تناولت الدراسة الفرضيات التالية : الفرضية الرئيس: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية ومشروعات ريادة الأعمال، ومنها يمكن اشتقاق الفرضيات الجزئية التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دورمخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات الإجور) وإستقطاب العاملين في المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دورمخاطربيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات التضخم) وحجم تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دورمخاطربيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات الضرائب) وإنتاج المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية (معدلات سعرالصرف) وتسويق منتجات المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية. إعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى، إحتوت الدراسة على المقدمة التي تتكون من مبحثين، المبحث الاول الاطار العام للدراسة والمبحث الثاني الدراسات السابقة، واربعة فصول تم تقسيمها كالآتى: الفصل الأول: بيئة الاعمال الاقتصادية، يتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول: مفهوم بيئة الاعمال الاقتصادية والمبحث الثاني يوضح مخاطر بيئة الاعمال الاقتصادية، الفصل الثاني يبين ماهية المشروعات الصغيرة ويتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول مفهوم المشروعات الصغيرة، والمبحث الثانى واقع تجربة المشروعات الصغيرة بولاية الخرطوم، أما الفصل الثالث: المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية يتكون من مبحثين المبحث الأول، مفهوم المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية والمبحث الثانى المشروعات الصغيرة الريادية بولاية الخرطوم في الفترة من ( 2014م – 2019م )، الفصل الرابع الدراسة الميدانية يوضح عرض وتحليل البيانات وإختبار فرضيات الدراسه الميدانية. وتتناول الخاتمة النتائج والتوصيات وقائمة المصادر والمراجع والملاحق، توصلت الدراسة إلي العديد من النتائج منها ، قبول جميع الفرضيات، وخرجت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة التعرف على إتجاهات مخاطر بيئة الأعمال الإقتصادية وكيفية معالجتها كون أن المشروعات الصغيرة تعمل في بيئة مضطربة، تسودها منافسة قوية، فتعتبر جودة تحليل البيئة الاقتصادية فى المشروعات الصغيره الريادية وتشخيص الوضع الراهن ركيزة أساسية للمشروعات للوصول الى الريادية وذلك من أجل المعرفة والإلمام بالمخاطر الخاصة بالمشروع وأهمية جودة التحليل البيئى ومحاولة وضع الخطط للتعامل مع تلك المخاطر أو تجنبها أو الحد منها. Abstract Small projects play a clear role in economic development and a clear role in the problem of employment for the youth category and help to enable young people to establish successful work in-order to creat for themselves a path of professional life. Small projects also play an effective role in raising living standards and in reducing poverty rates. The study dealt with the role of economic business environment risks in entrepreneurship projects and it was applied on small enrepreneurship projects in Khartoum state during the period 2014-2019. The study problem is represented by the main question: What is the role of the risks of the economic business environment in the entrepreneurship small projects and from this main question branched a number of hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of economic business environment risks and entrepreneurship projects from which the following partial hypotheses were derived: There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of economic business environment risks, wages rates, and the recruitment of workers in entrepreneurial small enterprises There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of economic business environment risks, inflation rates, and the financing in entrepreneurial small enterprises. There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of economic business environment risks, taxation rates, and the production in entrepreneurial small enterprises. There is a statistically significant relationship between the role of economic business environment risks, exchange rates and the marketing recruitment in entrepreneurial small enterprises. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study consisted of the following chapters. The first topic outlines the general framework of the study, the second topic is the previous studies. The study consisted of four chapters divided as follows: the first chapter consists of two topics the first topic outlines basics and concepts of small enterprises the second topic outlines the risk of economic business environment. The second chapter outlines what is small enterprises and consists of two topics the first topic the concepts of small enterprises and the second topic outlines the reality of small enterprises in Khartoum state. The third chapter outlines entrepreneurship projects and is divided into two topics the first topic outlines the concept of entrepreneurships projects and the second topic outlines the reality of these projects in Khartoum state during the period (2014-2019). The fourth chapter explains the presentation and analysis of data and hypotheses and field study. The fifth and last chapter contains a list of sources, references and appendices. The study concluded a number of results, it confirmed all samples of the study on knowledge and familiarity with the risks of economic business environment and that it has an influential role in recruitmen, financing, production and marketing of workers in entrepreneurship projects. In the light of the findings of the study, the study presented a number of recommendations, of which is the need to know the directions of the risks of the economic business and how to deal with it, as small projects operate in a turbulent environment dominated by a strong competitors, thus passing the quality of environmental analysis in the economic business environment and dignosing the current situation is a fundamental pillar of the projects to reach entrepreneurship, to reach to the knowledge and familiarity with the risks specified to the projects and understanding the importance of the quality of the environmental analysis and trying to develop strategic plans to deal with those risks or avoid them or limit them.
