Item "الدور الوسيط لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري دراسة تطبيقية على شركة جياد للسيارات في الفترة من 2016 – 2020م"(جامعة النيلين, 2021) رحاب عثمان محجوب محمدالمستخلص: تناولت الدراسة الدور الوسيط لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري، وبرزت أهمية الدراسة في الأهمية الكبيرة لرأس المال الفكري والابداع الاداري بالنسبة للمنظمات، وتقديم معلومات عن العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري في ظل وجود نظم المعلومات الإدارية مما يعد إسهاماً معرفياً في مجال الإدارة. وتوفير مادة علمية عن رأس المال الفكري والابداع الإداري ونظم المعلومات الإدارية كمتغيرات للدراسة، يمكن ان يستفيد الباحثين منه. وأتضح أن مشكلة الدراسة تتمثل في ما هو دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري؟ ما هو دور رأس المال الفكري في نظم المعلومات الإدارية بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ ما هو دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في الإبداع الإداري بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ ما هو دور رأس المال الفكري في الإبداع الإداري بشركة جياد للسيارات؟ افترضت الدراسة الفرضيات التالية توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين رأس المال الفكري ونظم المعلومات الإدارية، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية والإبداع الإداري، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري. يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري عندما تتوسط العلاقة نظم المعلومات الإدارية. وتهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مكونات رأس المال الفكري ومدى مساهمتها في الإبداع الإداري، دراسة العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري، وبيان العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية والإبداع الإداري، التعرف على العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري في ظل وجود نظم المعلومات الإدارية، معرفة مدى اهتمام مجموعة شركات جياد للسيارات بتحفيز وتنمية الإبداع الإداري، إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم اختيار 189 شخص ليمثلو عينة الدراسة عن طريقة العينة القصدية، تم جمع البيانات عن طريق استمارة الاستبيان، حيث تم تحليلها علي اساليب البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) وبرنامج التحليل الاحصائي (AMOS). توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج من أهمها، ان مجموعة شركات جياد الصناعية تحافظ على كوادرها ذات المعارف والمهارات المتنوعة، وتشجع منسوبيها بإستمرار على الإبداع، ان شركة جياد للسيارات تحافظ على كوادرها ذات المعارف والمهارات المتنوعة، وتشجع منسوبيها بإستمرار على الإبداع. إدارة الشركة توفر أجهزة الحاسوب والشبكات والإتصالات المتطورة التى تتسم بالمرونة الكافية. كما أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمهما، ضرورة الإهتمام برأس المال الفكري لما له من دور في نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالشركة سرعة الإستجابة الى مقترحات الزبائن، وضرورة الإهتمام بدراسة شكاوي الموردين والعملاء. على إدارة شركة جياد الصناعية ضرورة الاهتمام بخلق صورة ذهنية ممتازة لدى العملاء والزبائن، والعمل بنظم الإدارة الإلكترونية الحديثة. Abstract The study dealt with the mediating role of management information systems in the relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity. in the field of management. Providing a scientific material on intellectual capital, administrative creativity and management information systems as variables for study, which researchers can benefit from. It became clear that the problem of the study is what is the role of management information systems in the relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity? The study assumed the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and management information systems, there is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems and administrative creativity, there is a statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity. There is a statistically significant effect between intellectual capital and administrative creativity when the relationship mediates management information systems. The study aims to identify the components of intellectual capital and the extent of their contribution to administrative creativity, study the relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity, and clarify the relationship between management information systems and administrative creativity, identify the relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity in the presence of management information systems, knowledge of The extent of the interest of the Giad Automotive Group of companies in stimulating and developing administrative creativity, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where 189 people were selected to represent the study sample by means of the intentional sampling method. Statistical analysis (AMOS). The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is, the study proved through the results of hypothesis testing that there is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems and administrative creativity in favor of those who answered I agree. Giad Automotive Company maintains its cadres with diverse knowledge and skills, and constantly encourages its employees to innovate. The company's management provides computers, networks and advanced communications that are flexible enough. The study also recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to intellectual capital because of its role in the company's management information systems, to quickly respond to customers' suggestions, and to study the complaints of suppliers and customers. The management of Giad Industrial Company should pay attention to creating an excellent mental image for clients and customers, and work with modern electronic management systems.
