    الدور الوسيط لمنهجية lean six sigma في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة والميزه التنافسية في الصناعة بالتطبيق على مجمع اليرموك الصناعي خلال الفترة من (2016 – 2021)

    المستخلص: تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالصورة المطلوبة في القطاع الصناعي تتعد الأسباب والعوامل في ذلك وقد يكون لعوامل النجاح الحرجة والتطبيق السليم لمنهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA دور في ضعف تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالمجمع، وعليه يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة من خلال التساؤل الرئيسي التالي هل تتوسط منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في القطاع الصناعي بالتطبيق على مجمع اليرموك الصناعي؟ تبرز اهمية الدراسة فيما تمثله من اضافة معرفية من خلال تزويد المكتبات بمعلومات عن أسلوب LEAN SIX SIGMA ومتطلبات تطبيقه فى مجال الصناعة في السودان، وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على الدور الوسيط لتطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المجال الصناعي. تحليل الدور الوسيط لتطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المجال الصناعي، تقديم التوصيات الى متخذي القرار بالإدارة العليا بمجمع اليرموك الصناعي للمساعدة والتقليل من الأخطاء المتوقعة في تطبيق المنهجية. افترضت الدراسة الفرض الرئيسي هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لعوامل النجاح الحرجة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية لعوامل النجاح الحرجة في تبني منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين منهجيةLEAN SIX SIGMA وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي ، تتوسط منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي. توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج أهمها، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لعوامل النجاح الحرجة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمجمع اليرموك الصناعي مع وجود إرتباط موجب، عوامل النجاح الحرجة لها أثر في تطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي، اتضح أن تطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA لها أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمجمع اليرموك الصناعي. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمهما، تعزيز الإهتمام بعوامل النجاح الحرجة لدورها وأثرها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمجمع اليرموك الصناعي، المزيد من الإهتمام بعوامل النجاح الحرجة لما لها من أثر في تطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA لمجمع اليرموك الصناعي، تعزيز الإهتمام بتطبيق منهجية LEAN SIX SIGMA لها أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بمجمع اليرموك الصناعي. Abstract: The problem of the study was to achieve the competitive advantage in the required manner in the industrial sector. The causes and factors in this exceed, and the critical success factors and the proper application of the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology may have a role in the weak achievement of the competitive advantage in the complex. Therefore, the study problem can be formulated through the following main question: Does the LEAN methodology mediate SIX SIGMA The relationship between critical success factors and achieving competitive advantage in the industrial sector by applying to the Yarmouk industrial complex? The importance of the study is highlighted in what it represents as a knowledge addition by providing libraries with information about the LEAN SIX SIGMA method and the requirements for its application in the field of industry in Sudan Analyzing the mediating role of applying the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology in the relationship between critical success factors and achieving competitive advantage in the industrial field, providing recommendations to decision makers in the senior management of Yarmouk Industrial Complex to help and reduce expected errors in applying the methodology. The study assumed the main hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship for the critical success factors in achieving the competitive advantage of the Yarmouk Industrial Complex, and there is a statistically significant relationship for the critical success factors in adopting the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology for the Yarmouk Industrial Complex, there is a statistically significant relationship between the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology and achieving the competitive advantage of the Yarmouk Industrial Complex, the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology mediates the relationship between the critical success factors and achieving the competitive advantage of the Yarmouk Industrial Complex. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are, the results of the study showed the presence of a statistically significant effect of the critical success factors in achieving the competitive advantage in the Yarmouk Industrial Complex with a positive correlation. LEAN SIX SIGMA has a statistically significant effect on achieving competitive advantage in Yarmouk Industrial Complex. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is enhancing interest in the critical success factors for their role and impact in achieving the competitive advantage in the Yarmouk Industrial Complex, more attention to the critical success factors because of their impact on the application of the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology for the Yarmouk Industrial Complex, enhancing interest in applying the LEAN SIX SIGMA methodology It has a statistically significant effect on achieving the competitive advantage in Yarmouk Industrial Complex.
