Item دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الإنتاجية (بالتطبيق على الشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن )(جامعة النيلين, 2022) احمد أبو القاسم أحمد أبو القاسمالمستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على الإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. و تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف الإنتاجية بالشركات الصناعية مما تسبب في عدم تحقيق أهداف تلك الشركات وعدم رضا مجلس الإدارة والعملاء لعل ذلك يرجع إلى قصور في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، افترضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة و الإنتاجية. وأن مشاركة العاملين يساهم في تحقيق الإنتاجية. وأن هنالك علاقة بين التحسين المستمر والإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. وأن التركيز على العميل يساهم في تحقيق الإنتاجية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي. بعد عرض الاطار النظري وإجراء الدراسة الميدانية توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: وجد أن هنالك ارتباط طردي موجب بين القيادة والإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. بينت الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي موجب بين مشاركة العاملين والإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. أظهرت الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي موجب بين التحسين المستمر والإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. أوضحت الدراسة وجود ارتباط طردي موجب بين التركيز على العميل والإنتاجية بالشركة العربية لأمات الدواجن. بناءاً على النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها أوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بالجودة الشاملة بأبعادها( القيادة، مشاركة العاملين، التحسين المستمر، التركيز على العميل) لما لها من دور مهم في رفع الإنتاجية. استخدام أساليب الِإدارة الحديثة وخلق جو من العلاقات الإنسانية دون التقليل من أهمية النواحي الفنية والتكنولوجية من أجل تحقيق زيادات هامة في الإنتاجية بالشركة. وضع برامج تدريبية متخصصة هادفة لتنمية قدرات عمال الإنتاج المباشر وكذلك تطوير خبرات العاملين في الأقسام المختلفة مما يسهم في زيادة أكبر لمستوى الإنتاجية. Abstract The aim of the study measures the role of the application of Total Quality Management on the productive of the Arab Poultry Mother Company. Where the problem of the study was the poor production of the company, which caused the failure to achieve the objectives of the company and the dissatisfaction of the board of directors and customers Perhaps due to the lack of application of total quality management, the study assumed a statistically significant relationship between leadership and productive . The participation of workers contributed to productive . There is a relationship between continuous improvement and productive at the Arab Poultry Mother Company. And that focusing on the customer contributes to the achievement of productive . To achieve the objectives of the study, the study used the historical and descriptive approaches... After the theoretical framework and conducting the field study, the study reached the following results: It was found that there is a positive direct correlation between leadership and productive in the Arab Company for Poultry Mothers. The study showed a positive direct correlation between the participation and production of the Arab Poultry Mother Company. The study showed a positive direct correlation between continuous improvement and productive at the Arab Poultry Mother Company. The study showed a positive direct correlation between customer focus and production in the Arab Poultry Mother Company. According to the findings, the study recommended increasing attention to total quality in its dimensions (leadership, employee participation, continuous improvement, customer focus) because of its important role in raising production . Use modern management methods and create an atmosphere of human relations without underestimating the importance of technical and technological aspects in order to achieve significant increases in the productive of the company. Develop specialized training programs aimed at developing the capabilities of direct production workers as well as developing the expertise of workers in different departments, which contributes to a greater increase in the level of production .
