    Factor Analysis of Job Satisfaction (With Application to Kenana Sugar Company)

    Abstract The factor analysis is a multivariate analysis method whose objective is to single out the important variables in accordance to their contributions in the total variance and provide us with a less number of effective variables than those in the original study. The research problem is the relationship between job satisfaction of Kenana Sugar Company employees and many factors. Results all provided after application of factor analysis. Factors : 1 – Money income. 2 – Social services. 3 - Type of job. 4 – Job security and environment . 4 مستخلص البحث واحدً من طرق تحليل المتغيرات التحليل العاملي يعتبر ا المتعددة ومن أهدافه الحصول على المتغيرات الثكثر أهمية وذلك من خلل النظر إلى مساهمة المتغيرات في مقدار التباين الكلي ، بالاضافة إلى الحصول على عدد أقل من بين المتغيرات اللصلية. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في إلقاء الضوء على العلقة بين الراضا الوظيفي للعاملين بشرثكة سكر ثكنانة وعدد من العوامل وتتمثل العوامل في التي : 1 – الدخل النقدي . 2 – الخدمات التجتماعية . 3 – نوع الوظيفة . 4 -الستقرار الوظيفي والبيئة وقد أمكن الحصول على درتجة العلقة وأهميتها بين هذه العوامل والراضا الوظيفي وذلك بعد تطبيق التحليل العاملي.
