    The Mediating Role of Team Performance on the Relationship between Critical Success Factors and Project Success (Case Study: Al-Faisal Real-Estate Co. Limited)

    Abstract This study discusses the mediating role of project team performance on the relationship between critical success factors and project success. The study aimed to identify the mediating role of project team performance on the relationship between critical success factors and project success applied at Al-Faisal Real-Estate Co. Limited, identify the success factors applied by the company and the influence of team performance on projects success. The problem of the research is: the role of project success factors on project success through the team member’s performance and the main questions is What is the influence of The Mediating Role of Team Performance on the Relationship between Critical Success Factors and Project Success? The study tested three hypotheses, the first one: There is positive mediating role of team performance on the relationship between critical success factors and project success, secondly: there is direct and positive relationship between critical success factors and project success and thirdly: There is direct and positive relationship between team performance and project success. The researcher used descriptive analytical approach, used the (SPSS) program and (AMOS V.24) program to analyzed data, and the questionnaire was used as study tool. The study shows number of results as there is indirect positive impact of critical success factors on project success with rate 4.801 through the mediation role of project team performance which it proves the validity of the main hypothesis of the research (there is positive mediation role of project team performance on the relationship between critical success factors and project success), and There is a statistically significant relationship between critical success factors and project team performance also the results show that there is a variation in the mediation role of the project team performance between critical success factors and achieving project success for the company. The recommendation of the study is: Expanding the study of critical success factors due to the lack of information in this specialization, continuing the study about project team performance as a major reason of projects success. المستخلص تناقش هذه الدراسة الدور الوسيط لأداء فريق المشروع في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الوسيط لأداء فريق المشروع في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع، وتم إجراء الدراسة على شركة الفيصل العقارية المحدودة والتعرف على عوامل النجاح الحرجة التي يتم تطبيقها من قبل أفراد فرق العمل في الشركة وتأثيرها على نجاح المشاريع. تتمثل مشكلة البحث في دور عوامل النجاح الحرجة من خلال أداء فريق العمل وأثر ذلك على نجاح المشاريع. والسؤال الرئيسي للبحث: ما هو أثر الدور الوسيط لأداء فريق العمل في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع. واختبرت الدراسة عدد من الفرضيات أولها: يوجد دور إيجابي وسيط لأداء فريق المشروع في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع. ثانياً: توجد علاقة مباشرة وايجابية بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة وأداء فريق المشروع. ثالثاً: توجد علاقة مباشرة وايجابية بين أداء فريق العمل ونجاح المشروع. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) واستخدام برنامج اموس النسخة (24) وتم استخدام الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع بيانات الدراسة المباشرة. اظهرت الدراسة عدد من النتائج أهمها: يوجد أثر ايجابي غير مباشر لعوامل النجاح الحرجة على نجاح المشاريع بمعدل بلغ (4.801) من خلال الدور الوسيط لأداء فريق المشروع مما يثبت صحة الفرضية الرئيسية في البحث وهي "يوجد دور إيجابي وسيط لأداء فريق المشروع في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع". أظهرت الدراسة ايضاً وجود تباين في الدور الوسيط لأداء فريق المشروع في العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحرجة ونجاح المشاريع لشركة الفيصل العقارية. قام الباحث بكتابة عدد من التوصيات أهمها: التوسع وإجراء مزيد من البحوث عن عوامل النجاح الحرجة لقلة المعلومات والبيانات في هذا التخصص ومواصلة الدراسات عن أداء فرق العمل كعامل رئيسي في نجاح المشاريع.
