    مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى العاملين بوزاة التنمية الاجتماعية ولاية الخرطوم

    المستخلص هدف هذا البحث لمعرفة مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقتها بالصحة النفسية لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية ولاية الخرطوم، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتم اختبار عينة البحث من العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية الخرطوم، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (70) عامل منهم (31) ذكر و (39) إناث تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة الصدفية البسيطة، تم جمع البيانات عن طريق مقياس مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي من إعداد سلوى بابكر الحاج (2009) ومقياس الصحة النفسية من إعداد علي وادي، استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات إستخام معالجة البيانات في اختبار (ت) لمجتمع واحد واختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين الاحادي (انوفا) ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ وتوصل الي النتائج التالية: تتسم مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع، وتتسم الصحة النفسية لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية الخرطوم بالإرتفاع، وتوجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية بين مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي والصحة النفسية لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية ، توجد فروق في مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية الخرطوم بين الذكور والاناث لصالح الذكور، ولا توجد فروق في مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى العاملين بوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بولاية الخرطوم تبعا لمتغير العمر، وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج وضع الباحث عدد من التوصيات أهمها عمل مكتبة الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية.+ Abstract The aim of this research is to know the social communication skills and their relationship to mental health among workers in the Ministry of Social Development in the state of Khartoum, The sample size was (70) workers, of whom (31) were Male where the researcher used the descriptive correlative approach. (39) females were selected using a simple psoriasis sample. The data was collected by means of the social communication skills scale prepared by Salwa Babiker Al-Hajj (2009) and the mental health scale prepared by Ali Wadi. The researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the data. Data processing in the t-test for a single population, the q-test for one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the Facronbach equation, and reached the following results: Social communication skills among workers in the Ministry of Social Development in Khartoum state are high, and mental health among workers in the Ministry of Social Development in Khartoum state is high, and there is a direct correlation between social communication skills and mental health among workers in the Ministry of Social Development, there are differences in social communication skills among workers in the Ministry Social development in the state of Khartoum between males and females in favor of males, and there are no differences in the social communication skills of workers in the Ministry of Social Development in the state of Khartoum according to the variable of age, and in light of these results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the work of the Psychological and Social Guidance Library in the Ministry of Social Development.
