    المستخلص : تتلخص الفكرة في بناء نظام الكتروني لتسجيل المنظمات بمختلف انواعها داخل السودان، وذلك بالتعامل السهل والمبسط بين مناديب المنظمات ومفوضية العون الإنساني. تناول الباحث كيفية تحويل الإجراءات اليدوية الي نظام إلكتروني حيث كانت معظم المشاكل هي تلف وضياع ملفات المنظمات وصعوبة تسجيل المنظمات وبطء الموظفين في إنجاز الاعمال الموكلة لهم مما يستغرق يوماً كاملاً لأداء مهمة واحدة . كما تطرق الباحث إلي أهمية المنظمات ودورها في انعاش الإقتصاد وخزينة الدولة والمساهمة بنسبة كبيرة في توعية المواطنين لدورهم الوطني . كما تناول الباحث الجانب العملي من مرحلة التحليل والتصميم والعمليات التي يقوم بها مشرفي تسجيل المنظمات تجاه مندوبي المنظمات . تناول الباحث أهمية توطيد بيئة عمل إداري حاسوبي مناسبة للمنظمات ومفوضية العون الإنساني مما يسهل جميع الإجراءات.حيث تم استخدام لغة UML في تحليل النظام و Microsoft word 2010 في تصميم الشاشات واستخدام Oracle 10g و mysql server 2008 في تصميم النظام . Abstract: The idea of this project is building electronic system recording type of the Organizations in the Sudan. Dealing by easy and simple way between delegate organization and Organization itself. Also the project discuss how to change the manual system to electronic system , because the most issue in last system are lost and damages files of the organizations , difficulty recording organizations and slow the staff in their assigned business which takes full day in does one mission. The Researcher also pointed to the importance of the Organizations, revive the economy the state treasury and contribute Significantly to sensitizing citizens to their national role. The Researcher also pointed for practical side from stage of Analysis, designing and operations that of the Registration organizations supervisors do for delegate of the Organizations. The Researcher also pointed for importance of consolidation computer management environment suitable for the organizations and the Humanitarian Aid Commission. Where UML was used in system analysis and Microsoft Word 2010 in designing screens and using Oracle 10g and mysql server 2008 in system design.
