    دور البنيات التحتية في التنمية الاقتصادية بالتركيز على الطاقة الكهربائية في السودان في الفترة من (2000م – 2012م)

    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور البنيات التحتية في التنمية الاقتصادية بالتركيز على الطاقة الكهربائية في السودان في الفترة من 2000م وحتى 2012م ، وتضمنت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف مشروعات البنية التحتية لا سيما الطاقة الكهربائية والتي اصبحت ضرورية لتحقيق الاهداف التنمية والاستراتيجية. واتيت اهيمية الدراسة في ان اهمية مشروعات البنية التحتية لعملية استدامة واستمرارية التنمية الاقتصادية كما ان أهمية مشروعات البنية التحتية لزيادة عجلة النمو الاقتصادي لاسيما الطاقة الكهربائية. حيث تمثلت اهداف الدراسة في ابراز مساهمة الطاقة الكهربائية في زيادة النشاط الاقتصادي وبالتالي زيادة معدلات التشغيل وبالتالي زيادة الناتج الكلي في البلاد. وتمثلت فرضيات الدراسة في تدهور البنية التحتية اثر سلبا على النشاط الاقتصادي في السودان . ومن أهم النتائج التى توصلت إليها الدراسة عدم الاستغلال الامثل للموارد المائية وسوء إدارتها من اكبر مشاكل الطاقة الكهربائية في السودان و عدم وجود إستراتيجيات ملائمة وشاملة لتمويل مشروعات الطاقة المتجددة كبديل للطاقة الكهربائية و غياب التشريعات والسياسات للإستثمار في الطاقة الكهربائية. ومن أهم التوصيات تنمية وتخطيط الموارد المائية لزيادة توليد الطاقة الكهربائيةو تعزيز التعاون الدولى الاقليمى من اجل تحسين البنيات التحتية لا سيما الطاقة الكهربائيةو تطوير ودعم مؤسسات البحوث والتطوير الوطنية المهنية بالطاقة الكهربائية. Abstract The study dealt with the role of infrastructure in economic development with a focus on electrical energy in Sudan from 2000 to 2012. The problem of the study included the weakness of the infrastructure projects and what plays a major role in the economic development process, especially the electric power projects which became necessary to achieve the developmental and strategic goals. The importance of the study is that electric power has a great importance in evaluating the appropriate solutions to solve and improve the infrastructure, especially electrical energy, which is considered a component of investment by using all means to achieve this. The objectives of the study were to connect the electricity service to all parts of the Sudan to stimulate economic and social development, to work to avoid repetitive segments, to find alternative solutions and to contribute to the development of visions on the optimal use of electricity by the Ministry of Electricity. The hypothesis of the study was that electric power plays a major role in economic development. Electric energy is a necessary necessity of everyday life (the state must be taken into account). The study followed the historical descriptive and analytical method. The most important result of the study is the lack of optimal exploitation of water resources and poor management of the most important problem of electricity in Sudan and the lack of appropriate and comprehensive strategies to finance renewable energy projects as an alternative to electric power and the absence of legislation and policies to invest in electricity. One of the most important recommendations is the development and planning of water resources to increase electricity generation, and to enhance regional and international cooperation for the improvement of infrastructure, especially electric power, and the development and support of national professional research and development institutions with electric power.
