    Abslracl The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between mental health and its relationship to job satisfaction and to achieve this goal researcher used the coloration method A linking as the volume of the sample comprised (100) A midwifes Scales Amentia health and job satisfaction were used as a tools for data collection Also statiscal inethoa ( SPSS) was used to analyied the data. The findings ofthe research vcveal the following facts: General characteristic of Mental Health have visitors eharacteri/led rise, general characteristic of the job satisfaction among visitors characterized rise, there is a correlation between mental health and job satisfaction. Where it was discuss the results in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, researcher also developed a set of recommendations based on the findings of the results, and some research proposals in the field of mental health and its relationship to job satisfaction.
