القرارات الإدارية وأثرها في تحقيق أهداف المنشأة (بالتطبيق على بنك النيلين)

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة القرارات الإدارية وأثرها في تحقيق أهداف المنشأة وذلك بالتطبيق على بنك النيلين، هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر القرارات الإدارية على تحقيق أهداف بنك النيلين من خلال التعرف على جوانب القصور ومن ثم التوصية بمعالجة تلك الجوانب في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ببنك النيلين. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في بيان أثر اتخاذ المدراء للقرارات الإدارية التي تتوافق مع أهداف بنك النيلين ومدى تحقيقها للأهداف المرجوة من خلال الإجابة على عدة تساؤلات منها؛ ما هو دور المدراء في اتخاذ القرار الإداري وأثره على تحقيق أهداف البنك وارتباط تلك القرارات بالتطورات التكنولوجية؟ جاءت فروض الدراسة بفرضية رئيسية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القرارات الإدارية وتحقيق أهداف البنك، تفرعت منها عدد من الفرضيات. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع موظفي بنك النيلين العاملين بولاية الخرطوم، والبالغ عددهم (100) موظف كعينة قصدية، تم تحديد عينة الدراسة بمواصفاتها العلمية التي تحقق أغراض الدراسة من ذوي الاختصاص من إداري وأكاديمي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة (القرارات الإدارية وأثرها في تحقيق أهداف المنشأة). حيث تم تحديد العينة ونوعها وفق تصنيف أوما سكيران. توصلا الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات ومن أهم النتائج: أن اتخاذ القرار الإداري السليم له أثر فعال وواضح في تحقيق أهداف المنشأة. أما أهم التوصيات: دراسة إمكانية تنفيذ القرارات الإدارية على أرض الواقع وأن ليس هناك مستحيل مع أخذ المعينات اللازمة للتنفيذ. Abstract The study dealt with administrative decisions and their impact on achieving the objectives of the establishment by applying to the Al-Nilein bank. The study aimed o identify the effect of administrative decisions on achieving the objectives of the Al-Nilein bank by identifying the deficiencies and then recommending address these aspects in making administrative decisions in the Nilein bank. The problem of the study was represented in showing the effect of manager’s taking administrative decisions that are consistent with the objectives of Al-Nelein Bank and the extent to which they achieve the desired goals by answering several questions, including; What is the role of managers in making the administrative decision and its impact on achieving the bank’s goals and its relevance to technological developments? The study hypotheses came with a main hypothesis: there is a statistically significant relationship between administrative decisions and the achievement of the bank’s goals, from which a number of hypotheses are branched. The study population consists of all the employees of Al-Nelein Bank working in Khartoum State, and their number is (100) employees as an intentional sample, the study sample was determined with its scientific specifications that achieve the study by specialists, both administrative and to achieve the objectives of the study (Administrative Decisions and their Impact on Achieving the Objectives of the Establishment) where the sample and its type were determined according to the classification of Oma Skyran. The study reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, among the most important results: Taking the right administrative decision has an effective and clear effect on achieving the organization’s objectives. As for the most important recommendations: Studying the possibility of implementing administrative decisions on the ground, and that there is no impossible while taking the necessary samples for implementation.
