    This study dealt with the legal organization of international trade Contracts -as acomparative analytical study in light of contracteirs in Islamic jurisprudence and the principles of international trade contracts international conventions. The study included four chapters.the researcher presented all ideas related to the subject. The introduction dealt with provisions for negotiation in international trade contracts and the first chapter discussed international trade contracts, as the first stages in the life of international trade contracts chapter tow was devoted to the presentation of all ideas conclusion of international trade contracts.chapter three was devoted to the implementation of the international trade contract.In conclusio , the researcher presented the main findings revealed by the study with some recommendations based on these findings. The study concluded that the international trade contracts fine their legitimacy in the textsof the Quran and the sunna, and that the Islamic Sharia was the former in introduducing the provisions relating to the regulation of international trade contracts ,and that there is no legislation of the status of international trade contracts in alegal manner. At the conclusion of the study, the researcher put forward recommendations he wishes to be adopted.
