    السلوك الصحي وعلاقته بالإكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي بمركز غسيل الكلى مستشفى السلاح الطبي

    مستخلص هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة السلوك الصحي وعلاقته بالإكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي الخاضعين للإستصفاء الدموي بمركز غسيل الكلى مستشفى السلاح الطبي امدرمان في ضوء العمر وفترة الإصابة والجنس، ولتحقيق ذلك إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطى، وبلغ حجم العينة(121)مريض منهم(79)ذكور و(42)إناث تم إختيارهم بالطريقة الشاملة، تتراوح اعمارهم بين 20 و70سنة, وصمم الباحث مقياسي السلوك الصحي والإكتئاب, وتمت تحليل البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS)وذلك بإستخدام، وإختبار(ت) لمجتمع واحد وإختبار(ت)لمجموعتين مستقلتين, وإختبار معامل إرتباط بيرسون وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد الخطي التدريجي وتحليلات المسار, وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج الأتية؛ تتسم السمة العامة للسلوك الصحي لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي بالإرتفاع، ويتسم الإكتئاب النفسي لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي بالإنفخاض، توجد علاقة إرتباطية سالبة داله إحصائياً بين السلوك الصحي والإكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي، لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في السلوك الصحي لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي تبعاً لمتغير النوع، توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين السلوك الصحي والعمر لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي, توجد علاقة إرتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين السلوك الصحي فترة الإصابة بالفشل الكلوي لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي, توجد علاقة ارتباط سببية دالة إحصائياً بين بعد الصحة العامة والدرجة الكلية للاكتئاب لدى مرضى الفشل الكلوي، وبناءاً على ما توصل إليه من نتائج قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات أهمها: على الفريق العامل مراقبة السلوك الغذائي بصورة لصيقة لكل للمرضى عامة مع الوضع في الإعتبار تشديد المراقبة علي لمرضى ذوي الإصابة الطويلة بالفشل الكلوي بصفة خاصة. Abstract This research aimed to study the Health Behavior and Depression among the renal failure patients in Omdurman Armed Forces Hospital, The society of the research is Renal Failure Patients,in Hemodialysis center Omdurman Armed Forces Hospital, The sample number was (121) Patients, (79) Male and (42) Female,they were selected by intentionally method,The researcher followed the relational descriptive approach, and used two scale prepared by him, one to measure health behavior and the other to measure depression,The data were analyized by using the statistical package for social sciences program (SPSS),this done by using the pearson correlation factor test and single society test, and linear regression analysis. The researcher reached following results: The general characteristic of health behavior in renal failure patients is high.Depression in patients with renal failure is low.There is a negative statistically significant correlation between health behavior and depression,There are no statistically significant differences in health behavior in all dimensions and degree of total health behavior in patients with renal falure according to the type variable,There is statistically significant correlation between health behavior and age variable,There is a statistically significant negative correlation between health behavior and the variable of length of incidence of reanl failure at patients with renal failure.There is direct statistically significant causal correlation between General Health dimension and total degree of depression in patient with renal failure, Based on the previous results, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations,the most important of which are, the teamwork must accenting direct monitoring of all paitents especially paitent with long infectio.
