    الممارسات الارشادية المطلوبة من مدرسي الطلبة المتفوقين من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتفوقين انفسهم في مدارس المتفوقين في العراق

    تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى اعداد قائمة بالممارسات الارشادية المطلوب اتباعها من قبل مدرسي الطلبة المتفوقين لرعايتهم في مدارس المتفوقين بالعراق ومعرفة مايمارسه المدرسون في ضوء هذه القائمة كما يدركها الطلبة المتفوقون في مدارسهم ومعرفة قوة ممارستهم لها>وقد اخذت عينة الدراسة الاساسية من طلبة مدارس المتفوقين في بواقع مدرستين من مدارس للبنين ومدرستين للبنات وان هذه المدارس تمثل عينة البحث الذين اجابوا على أداة الدراسة، وهي تمثل (52%) من المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية للمتميزين وقد تم اعداد قائمة بالممارسات الارشادية المطلوب اتباعها باستطلاع اراء الخبراء والمختصصين والمعنيين بالارشاد التربوي وتحديد صلاحيتها والتحقق من صدقها. وقد تضمنت القائمة (32) ممارسة ارشادية وكان امام كل منها مقياس رباعي وقد وزعت على الطلبة المتفوقين في مدارس المتفوقون وقد عالجت الدراسة بياناتها احصائيا بأستخدام بعض الوسائل الاحصائية منها (مربع كاي والوزن المئوي لغرض ترتيب الممارسات الارشادية التي يقوم بها المدرس والوسط المرجح لكل ممارسة.وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية الى ان المدرسين من وجهة نظر الطلبة المتفوقين يمارسون (21) ممارسة ارشادية فعلية بدرجة قوة فوق المتوسط و(11) ممارسة وقعت تحت المتوسط. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة اعتمدت مجموعه توصيات هي من المفروض اعادة النظر في الممارسات الارشادية التي يمارسها مدرسي الطلبة المتفوقين من خلال الافادة من قائمة الممارسات التي توصل اليها البحث الحالي و اعداد برامج تدريبية يمكن من خلالها تدريب المدرسين اثناء الخدمة والعمل على توفير لوقت والجهد للمدرسين اذا يجب يزودوا بخطة عمل واضحة تراعي فيها حاجات طلبتهم الارشادية . الكلمات المفتاحية: الممارسات الارشادية ، الطلبة المتفوقين ، مدارس المتفوقين Abstract The current study aims to prepare a list of guiding practices to be followed by the teachers of outstanding students to take care of them in the schools of excellence in Iraq and to know what the teachers are doing in light of this list as recognized by the outstanding students in their schools and the strength of their practice The sample of the basic study was obtained from students in the schools of excellence in (2) schools for boys and (2) for girls. These schools represent the sample of respondents who responded to the study tool. They represent (52%) of secondary and secondary schools for distinguished students. Which is required to be followed by a survey of the opinions of experts, specialists and those concerned with educational guidance, determining its validity and verifying its validity? The list included (32) exercise guidance and each had a quadratic scale (practiced by a very large, practiced by a large, sometimes exercised, never taught) and distributed to the outstanding students in the schools of excellence and the study dealt with statistical data using some statistical means, Centimeter percentage for the purpose of arranging instructional practices by the teacher and the weighted average of each practice.The present study found that teachers from the point of view of outstanding students practice (21) actual exercises with above-average strength and (11) below average.In the light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations was adopted. The guiding practices of the teachers of the outstanding students should be reconsidered by taking advantage of the list of current research practices and preparing training programs through which teachers can be trained during the service and providing time and effort to teachers provide a clear plan of action that takes into account the needs of their extension students
